Kom og nyd denne spektakulære 1600-m². ft ved stranden condo, der har en indpakket balkon, der hænger sammen den smukke hvide sandstrand, så du kan nyde panoramaudsigt fra næsten alle områder i lejligheden. Slap af i stuen, mens du ser på havet eller det 50 "UHD-smart-tv, der inkluderer Netflix, Youtube og næsten enhver amerikansk og mexicansk kanal.

Tilbered måltider i det fuldt udstyrede kokekøkken ved hjælp af T-Fal-granitkeramisk køkkengrej (PFTE og PFOA-fri). Vores køkken har bordplader af granit, travertin marmorgulve, apparater i rustfrit stål, Chef's knive, en blender, en Keurig og almindelig kaffemaskine (medbring dine foretrukne k-kopper), tekedel og renset vand. Bestik, tallerkener og glas udstyres også.

Måltider kan også tilberedes på Weber gasgrill, mens du nyder udsigten og brisen på balkonen. Propan og grillredskaber leveres for din bekvemmelighed.

En vaskemaskine og tørretumbler er tilgængelige i lejligheden, og vi leverer vasketøjssæbe til din bekvemmelighed. Walmart, Mega, & Chedraui ligger inden for et par blokke fra Luna Encantada for bekvem dagligvarehandel. Europea er også i gåafstand, hvor premium-vin, champagne, spiritus og fine fødevarer kan købes.

Det store soveværelse er veludstyrede og inkluderer premium-sengetøj, eget badeværelse, et 50 "UHD smart TV og en arbejdsstation.

Vi er usædvanligt godt placeret og i gåafstand fra dykbåde, shopping, spa-behandlinger og spisning i verdensklasse. Spil golf, snorkel, scuba, windsurf, parasail, dybhavsfisk, nyd katamaran-bådture, cykel, båd, gå og udforske skønheden og historien ved Maya Riviera fra dit hjem væk fra hjemmet. Besøg Cozumel med færge (kun få blokke væk), Isla Mujeres, Xel-Ha eller de gamle ruiner af Tulum, Coba eller Chichen Itza.

Central Playa ligger kun 45 minutters kørsel syd for Cancun lufthavn. Privat varevogn er tilgængelig efter anmodning.

Uninhabitable Conditions, Health Concerns Ignored – Unsafe for Families

We booked this property for a 7-night stay, but unfortunately had to vacate after just the second night due to serious health and safety concerns. The unit had an overpowering odor of Sargassum (decaying seaweed), which entered the interior through an inadequate ventilation system. The fumes were not only unpleasant but caused respiratory distress for members of our family, triggering asthma symptoms and exposing us to what we believe were toxic airborne conditions.We communicated these issues multiple times to the property manager, explaining that the odor was strongest at night and made it unsafe to remain in the unit. Rather than addressing the ventilation or offering tangible solutions, the response was limited to recommending daytime outdoor activities — which did nothing to resolve the overnight exposure to harmful fumes. Ultimately, we had no choice but to evacuate for the health and safety of our family.The property manager was not empathetic and refused to issue a partial refund, despite our early departure and the legitimate health hazards. According to VRBO's Book with Confidence Guarantee and Rental Agreement Standards, guests are entitled to a partial or full refund when a property is unsafe, uninhabitable, or significantly misrepresented. This property clearly failed to meet basic habitability standards.The unit’s failure to provide adequate air quality, combined with the disregard for our medical concerns, made the stay not only unpleasant but dangerous.

Sub-par Beach Vacation - if peace and beach usability are your thing, don't stay here

We had high hopes for this property. It is quite nice inside and plenty of space, and it is very close to 5th Ave, like right outside the door. However, pretty much everything else about it's location is why I give it 2 stars. What is not in the listing description is that this property is book ended by two very loud restaurant/beach clubs and one turns into a night club, often with live music, EVERY evening. One plays extremely loud music all day and the other plays extremely loud music all night - until 1:30am. When I say loud, I mean it vibrates the unit it's so loud. The unit is literally right above it. On top of that, the beach right out front is very small, and is completely packed with people, and the beach entry is super rocky and not conducive to swimming. The pool is fine, there is a beach attendant who will set up beach chairs for you and one of the restaurants will serve you food and drinks. We left a day early because we were all exhausted from lack of sleep and tired of traveling to other parts of the area for a more swimmable beach. The property owner is very responsive, although would not refund as any money for the night we did not stay there. I know the beach and bars aren't the owner's fault, but this should be more accurately depicted in it's desription. We would not have booked this property had we known. Waste of money.

Fantastic location in Playa del Carmen and landscape to the beach

Every thing you see in the web is true, but the reality is too much better! :)) Perfect location, nice swimming pool with warm water, amazing terrace and view from sofa and your bed. My only recomendation to improve the experience is the beds, the mattress are not at the level of the apartament as a whole. excellent opinion about their attention to any incident, taking care of you and giving a solvent response. Very professional, I would repeat the experience, I would recommend to my friends and family .... thanks!

C2 was amazing! The view is breathtaking and the accommodations outstanding!

We have stayed in several different beautiful units at Luna Encantada but this is now our favorite! Barbara Hijos is a great communicator addressing any questions or needs we had. Edith the on site manager is so attentive and kind! Abdias took care of us on the beach making sure we had chairs in the shade and tables. The condo is perfect for entertaining our friends and family. It was an amazing week!

Large condo with breathtaking views!

This condo is better than described. It's large and very comfortably held our family of 5. The views are magnificent with floor to ceiling wall/doors of full windows looking directly onto the ocean. This boutique complex has everything you could want from full beach service, food at the pool, security, housekeeping, and cold A/C all steps away from the action on 5th avenue. The owner was responsive and professional to work with. There is a hotel being built next door but the noise was a 1 out of 10 during our stay. The beach club next door plays music but never disturbed our sleep or relaxation on the balcony. My only gripe is that for such a high end condo it'd be ideal to have the dishwasher replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again and am so pleased that we stayed here.

Great Condo!

I brought my family, and we had three condos at Luna. For a couple of travelers, it was our second trip. The location of the condo was outstanding. This is an endcap unit, so the view was outstanding. They still have a small issue with the seagrass, but they were up every morning cleaning and getting it up. It looks like it is about the end of the season for it, and it is clearing up. This did not hinder our visit and love for the area. It is just a short walk (half a block) to 5th Avenue where shopping and restaurants were abundant. Don't hesitate to venture around and look at where most the locals eat. Rent a car or taxi to Akumal or Tulum. Luna Encantada is a small complex of only 24 units and many where vacant during our stay in mid-October. The privacy was wonderful and the proximity to all the action was nice too.

Mixed Feelings

The location was excellent. The staff were fantastic! Clean towels daily if we wanted them and trash pick up! Supplied us with purified drinking water for the week, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. The dishwasher doesn’t work, but the real disappointment was the massive amounts of seaweed. The beach and ocean water were not what was pictured. Big disappointment after traveling so far and spending so much money to have a beach that looked and smelled awful. In fact, we didn't get in t he water one time. We would not have stayed there had we known. We specifically wanted clean beautiful clear water.

Excellent Beach Front Location

This property is in a great location. Quick walk to main street. Lots of great local restaurants. Staff is very helpful and quick to respond to any needs you may have. The pool is lovely, great view of the ocean. You can have the restaurant next door, INTI, bring you drinks and lunch. The condo is nicely appointed, comfortable, great AC. Hot water is excellent. You do have TV , but not easy to operate. There are two controls and I was constantly having to go back and forth to navigate the channels. Very few English stations. We watched the basketball playoffs in Spanish. They should update the televisions to include HULU. I would highly recommend using the transportation that Barbara set up. Alex was our driver and he was waiting at the airport with cold drinks. We also used them for the return, again effortless on our part. Now the few negatives: The saragussum (seaweed) was VERY heavy. The entire day , every day, you watched the workers clear it out. That involved a front loader driving up and down the beach countless times. You feel like you are at a construction zone. The seaweed returns every night, so it is an everyday effort to keep the beach clean. As a result you will not see the beautiful water you were expecting. You might think you are in Galveston! There is a Marriott being built next door, LOTS of noise! Lastly, the club next door plays a bass thumping soundtrack all day long, and it must be on a continuous loop. It never changes. Our stay was in June of 2022

Fantastic trip, even with sargassum

Stayed for a week with my wife and five kids (preteen to college-aged). The unit is wonderful -- clean, convenient, right on the beach, half a block from 5th Ave, fun pool, great showers, helpful staff, and all utilities worked (except dishwasher was on the fritz, but so what). Unfortunately, our week there coincided with the worst sargassum (seaweed) in five or six years. Workers diligently cleaned the beach daily with pitchforks and front-end loaders, but it was an sisyphean task -- more smelly seaweed returned as quickly as it was hauled away. But that, the rain, and the remnants of Hurricane Agatha didn't dampen our fun. We explored Rio Secreto, swam in Cenote Azul and Sacred Cenote, toured Tulum and Chicken Itza, and took the ferry on a day trip to Cozumel, which was clear of seaweed, to swim and explore -- everything we had planned to do. The only thing we didn't get to do much of was sit on the beach chairs in the sun. So, even in what I'd consider a near worst case weather/sargassum scenario, this place was still fantastic!

Lovely place but misleading on a few things

We did enjoy the property. We were extremely disappointed that there was no dishwasher and no grill that was stated in the listing. We cook all of our meals and bought groceries accordingly. So we had to go find a grill elsewhere in order to cook our dinners. We also had to hand wash all of our dishes. They did say that they would provide a dishwasher but you can’t do cooking and just leave dishes in the sink it’s just not realistic. I really believe we should get a discount do those two things because we did build our vacation around those items being available.

Amazing property! Best balcony in PDC

This unit is amazing. Everything is clean and modern. Towels, toiletries and kitchen well stocked. The property manager and staff are all wonderful, especially Abdias! The only down fall is the beds are too soft, especially the master.

High end units in excellent location

We’ve stayed in various units at Luna Encantada for the past 13 years (missed 2020 due to Covid). Love the complex, the proximity to restaurants and shopping and most of all the employees are wonderful.

Beautiful stay

This location was amazing. The condo overlooks the beach and feels like you are in a cruise ship deck looking. Out over the sea. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked almost all our meals at home. Not to say we couldn’t have eaten out as there are tons of restaurants. There was some noise from the adjacent night club but didn’t affect sleep at all. Fireworks for New Years were perfectly viewed from the balcony. Playa is great. Sargasso was at a minimum. Loved it.

Best Location in Downtown Playa

If you want to be right on the beach, have access to lots of food options within a short stroll on the beach, access to shopping 5th Avenue, feel safe and secure, then book this property. The condo is very beautiful, nice furniture, working AC, with a massive view of the ocean and large outdoor patio. Open the large sliding door and listen to the ocean waves. There is a security guard and gate at the front entrance and the beach entrance, so you feel very safe. The beach chairs are only for guests and there is a beach attendant who will set up umbrellas or get food and drinks from restaurant next door. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but we went out for every meal. The “Fusion” restaurant next door was our favorite, live music and literally on the water. You can also get a massage for one hour for $25 USD. If there are any drawbacks they would be... 1) The restaurants on each side of the condo complex play music late into the evening. If you close all the doors you don’t hear it much, but if you want to sleep with door or window open you will definitely hear it. It wasn’t a problem for us because we liked the music, but specially when it was live band playing. 2) Finding the condo entrance was a little tricky. Not really a negative. Downtown Playa has lots of one way streets and when you go down Calle 6 that condo is on, you may feel like you are about to drive onto a pedestrian beach area. Keep going, you are in the right spot. You will see a large red SCUBA sign/shop on the right in that last stretch before the sand, the vehicle entrance to underground parking is just past that. We would definitely return to this condo. Owner was very helpful, good communication the whole time. Thank you.

Will Rent Again

This was a great condo and exactly as described. Small issues were dealt with immediately by the property manager. Full staff onsite made the family feel safe and well taken care of. The owner offered us dinner on our last night as a compensation for minor inconveniences. That was a very nice gesture.

Lovely beachfront condo in Playa del Carmen

The condo is very beautiful and spacious and the view was even better in person. The pool and beach are lovely There are 2 beach clubs on either side so it is convenient for ordering snacks and drinks on the beach. For those who like nightlife, there was live music next door every night. The apartment is spacious and the staff on location very attentive and considerate. Barbara the owner was also very responsive. Great choice in Playa del Carmen.
