Our family absolutely loves this complex and location. The unit was perfect! It had everything you could need for a weeks stay and beautifully decorated. He was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book again when we return next year.

What a great vacation and stay. The condo was absolutely perfect and in a perfect location. We walked the beach and saw how lucky we were by the condominium having its own lounge chairs and beach area. The bedrooms were spacious amd beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed amd AC worked great. It’s a short walk to Walmart for groceries, a ton of restaurants close by. Security was always on duty and you felt extremely safe. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Excellent property and staff were great.

The view was amazing and always felt safe with 24hr security. The property was in a perfect location to the beach, shopping, Cozumel Ferry, and excursion pickups.

Such a nice place

We loved our recent trip to Luna Encantada. We were with a group of 40 friends and the complex was perfect for us. Our condo was nice and we felt very safe there. Everyone that worked there were friendly and helpful.

Arrival information was very detailed and helpful. Communication was excellent, never waited long for an answer. Unit was bright, clean and very roomy. Loved sitting on the lanai in the morning while having coffee. Great location, close to all the action but very quiet as well. Pool was sparkling clean and grounds were well maintained. Our local contact, Edith came by a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and was very helpful about surrounding area (groceries, etc). Edith even arranged our taxi back to the airport on departure day. I would return to this VRBO if I’m ever back in Playa Del Carmen.

First time in Playa

The property was exceptional and the owner (Steve) and manager (Edith) were very attentive to our needs. Property was well furnished and had everything we needed. We walked to everything including 5th Ave and ferry to Cozumel. Edith arranged for Polo and local Mayan to pick us up at the airport and he arranged and was our guide to a Manatee Cenote and to Tulum and Sacatun (underwater cave/river). It was exceptional day. Would highly recommend the property and Playa. A great experience all around.

Never a disappointment

I have stayed at Luna Encantada in the past and I will definitely return again and again. We stayed in H1 this time as it was two couples and we wanted the two king beds. Great staff, great location, great owner communication. Anna took great care of us and got all our housekeeping needs taken care of Abdias took care of everything and more for us on the beach (what an incredible staff there, I can not say enough about how they all go above and beyond). The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to EVERYTHING. Thank you Steve for opening up your condo to us. Can't wait to get back to Playa del Carmen.

Paradise in Playa

This unit is a fabulous place to stay in Playa! The condo development is directly on the beach and is just steps to 5th Avenue. This unit has a great set-up for 4 friends or 2 couples. It has everything you need for a great stay. We REALLY enjoyed the outdoor lounge set that included a couch and two chairs. I have stayed in many units here, and some owners just haven't grasped how important a clean, updated and comfortable outdoor seating area is. (I see many units that still have rundown, uncomfortable sets from 5 to 10 years ago!) This unit is well appointed, nicely updated and the location shelters it from any noise from adjacent properties. The owner was great to deal with, but most important is his fabulous on-site manager, Edith, who is just the BEST! She is attentive, available and is a wealth of knowledge regarding the unit, the development, and Playa overall. You can't go wrong renting H1!!

Playa del Carmen

The condo was conveniently located to town and the ferry to Cozumel. Unfortunately the beach had sargassum so we could not go in the ocean - which could not be controlled by the complex. They were working hard to clean it up. As a result the pool was well utilized and well positioned to view the beach and ocean. The condo was well appointed with beautiful local wood carvings. With the complex being gated it provided security. The staff was friendly and helpful - we particularly enjoyed Abdias who took care of the pool and beach. We appreciated the liberal cancellation policy given the Covid situation.

Great for 2 couples

Very convenient to walking to anywhere in Playa del Carmen. The complex was a great size; not too small not too large. So many restaurants to choose from. Out most favorite restaurant was a Mayan restaurant on 38th with a jungle theme. We cooked breakfast every day in the great kitchen. We had lunch several times in the condo and went out to dinner every day. The view from the patio was great. The pation was well proteced from any wind. Was very quiet.

Great location, nicely decorated, clean. Really can't think of anything that needs to be improved. Unit manager was great - ran into a problem when we had mistakenly arranged a ride two hours later than actually needed, and she helped us find a car that picked us up in 15 minutes. Already looking at dates for next year.

Absolutely fantastic!

Luna Encantada H1 is the perfect location to spend a week in beautiful Playa del Carmen. We just spent the past week basking in the sun on the lovely beach just outside our door. The accommodations are impeccable and the service is warm and friendly. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location for a vacation. Steve is an excellent owner and is extremely responsive. You can't go wrong staying here! Also, the property manager, Edith was very helpful and a joy to work with!

Luna is a perfect vacation spot.

Luna Encantada is the a great vacation spot, close to all the stores, restaurants, etc. We have stayed in various condos at Luna multiple times previously, and found this particular condo to be perfect for 4 people, it is just as pictured. Steve was very easy to work with during the booking process. My only concern before booking, was the comment in another review about the beds being hard, but decided with the convenience of a ground floor unit, we would just deal with it. I was so happy to find that problem has been fixed, with mattress toppers and the beds were very comfortable. There was a seaweed issue during our visit, but this is not the owners fault and they are working very hard to clean it up and it will not deter us from returning. We are looking forward to staying in this unit again on our future trips to Playa.
