Detta gated community ligger i Palm Beach-området bara 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen har nyligen renoverats med nytt kök, kylskåp, ugn, kokplatta, mikrovågsugn, drottning bäddsoffa med ottoman i vardagsrummet, runda bord med stolar, tre höga stolar för granit topp, king size-säng i sovrummet, badrumsmöbler, handfat och toalett, AC i både vardagsrum, sovrum, tvättmaskiner och torktumlare, elektrisk grill, utomhusbord och stolar. Komplexet består av privat parkering, 2 stora gemensamma pooler, grillplats för familjeunderhållning och liten lekplats för barnen. Det är i närheten av de flesta av höghushotell och kasinon. Det är på gångavstånd till stormarknad, restauranger, köpcentrum och ett lokalt apotek. Bara åka ut ur samhället finns en bensinstation och 5 minuters bilresa till flera vackra vita stränder i Aruba. Till sydväst om ön, mindre än 8 minuters bilresa bort, är den största staden Oranjestad

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location

Our hosts were wonderful - very understanding, always responsive, provided clear instructions, and were incredibly helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location: just a 20-minute walk to Palm Beach, a 5-minute drive to Eagle Beach, a 3-minute drive to a large supermarket, and within a 10-minute walking distance to many restaurants. The apartment itself is cute, very clean, and spacious - perfect for couples. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

We stayed at the Chill out condo for 11 nights in February and enjoyed our stay. Great location 10 to 12 minute walk to Palm Beach strip. Good restaurants and coffe shops nearby. The complex is well maintained, very quiet and pools were nice. The condo was clean and had everything needed for cooking meals. Beach chairs and coolers are provided. Seperate AC in living and bedroom. There is a smart tv with a couple dozen cable channels in living and another in the bedroom. Washer and dryer is also in the unit. Miguel came and greeted us and we didnt need to reach out for anything during our stay. Communication with the owner David was good.

Excellent secure property

Very good all round property. Very well equipped. Good security in secure complex. Safe parking. Well located for all cardinal beaches, Eagle, Palm Arashi, Boca Catalina all within easy drive.A most enjoyable stay.

Great location, Quiet, and Very Spacious!

Walking distance to Palm Beach. Great restaurants are nearby, like the Local Store and Pikas! The property has two pools nearby; it was quiet at night and I'd most definitely stay here again.

Perfect Alternative to Hotels near Palm Beach

This was a great alternative to being in the hotel zone without paying the hotel prices. Good area of immediate restaurant's or walkable distance to those along palm beach

So thankful we stayed here.

The condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to make our time in Aruba even more enjoyable. It was close to everything yet so peaceful too.

Excellent Stay! Great location and property

My girlfriend and I had a great stay here. Appartement is modern with everything you need. Close to the beach ( 15 min walk ) and to different restaurants. Condo has 2 neat pools that are both maintained well. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of parking available. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Second honeymoon in Aruba

My husband and I had a fantastic time in Aruba; we explored different beaches, experienced the nightlife, ate at wonderful restaurants and enjoyed the sunsets each night. We rented a car and it was easy to get around the island. i would highly recommend this property as its location is wonderful!

Great condo!!

Great location, great security, with gate/sentry! Security cameras everywhere! Quiet, secluded, yet 10-15 walk to Palm beach and main Palm shopping/restaurants!! Two pool areas well maintained and never crowded!! Thoroughly enjoyed stay!!

Perfect condo to stay in Aruba!

It's our first time in Aruba! My husband and I had a terrific time to explore different beaches in the island from north to south by rented a car. I would highly recommend this condo in the gated community. The location is wonderful! Walking distance to restaurants, the big supermarket is 5 min drive away. Folding chairs and cooler are available to take for the beaches is a plus. Property manager, Miguel gave us good recommendations and easy communicate via Whatsapp.

Great Location, Relaxing Getaway

This condo is located in a very quiet, gated complex. Pools are well maintained. There are many great restaurants, including food trucks, within a 2 or 3 minute walk. Plethora of restaurants and the beach is a 15 minute walk from property. Miguel, the property manager, is very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here and will return!

Nice location. Nice condominium. Well equipped

Quiet clean and safe location. Very clean on arrival. Minor mishap unlocking deadbolt quickly resolved. Fast internet nice swimming pool with chairs and shade. Close to tourist areas.

The ad said 2nd floor but it is actually on the 3rd floor, 1st floor is hround flooe in Aruba. Could not use the electric grill without blowing a fuse. Other than the 3rd floor the stay was very good.
