Garrys Cottage is a gorgeous home in the leafy suburb of Coolbellup, only 7km from Fremantle. Access to South Beach and Coogee Beach is within a short drive. The brand new Fiona Stanley hospital and SJOG Murdoch Private Hospital are within 10 minutes drive. Also easy access to Murdoch University and Notre Dame University as well as Gateway Shopping Centre / Cockburn Central.

A fantastic location for both a quiet and vibrant holiday with the amenities that you could possibly ask for at your doorsteps. Public park with playground facilities is just 2 minutes walk.

Simply a home away from home. Fully self contained house on its own block, no shared space.

Garrys Cottage has the following features

• Wooden flooring throughout the cottage
• Bedrooms – 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 King single beds. Two of the rooms have locks and access given depending on number of guests. Please specify which rooms you would like when booking.
All with high quality mattress and linen
• Dining – formal dining table sits 6 person
( high chair and portable cot can be provided upon request )
• Kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery
• Entertainment – Free to air TV channels to choose from on 50” LCD TV and Chrome cast

• Air conditioning – equipped with a reverse cycle ( cooling and heating ) air conditioner in the lounge and Master bedroom.
• Ceiling fans - in 2 other bedrooms
• Laundry – Front loader washing machine with ironing facility
• Outdoor – secured and private with outdoor dining set and gas BBQ under the patio
• Parking – private carport that allows 2 cars
• Security – alarm system

Convenient clean comfortable and affordable

Garry's cottage was a great family friendly place to stay. The location was great close to facilities but still nice and quiet. It has a great well fenced backyard with undercover outdoor entertaining area. The beds were comfortable and Lisa was prompt with replying to communication. Would definitely recommend booking here and we will definitely check if it is available for future trips.

Garry's Pace

Great location for us to spend a few days near Perth whilst we were travelling North, South and West. Easy access to all the major roads and the airport. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there, but it was the perfect home location to come back to each night. Thanks Dean and Lisa.

It was nice. Neat, not really clean: dusty. Toilet and shower however seemed clean. It was comfortable and near shops, Highway and many places to visit. It was really a home far away (11,000km) from home.

Good sized location. Handy suburban location.

The location was located in a suburban residential location. On arrival one of the bedrooms was locked despite us having three people staying. We had to contact the owner and they instructed us where to find the key and make the bed up. The location was clean and well stocked, it was just frustrating that we had to get in touch to ensure the whole property was made available to us.

We do strive to provide a comfortable home away from home. Garrys Cottage does have 3 bedrooms that will sleep a maximum of 6 persons. Number of rooms available will depend on the number of guests unless requested upon booking.

Great stay in Coolbellup

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s house. The property was in a great location on a very spacious block. It is only 10mins to Freo and 15mins max to Cockburn Shopping Centre. The house was perfect for us, and was clean and tidy. We felt very safe with sufficient locks and alarms. Lisa was a delight to communicate with, and check in and out was easy. We will definitely be back.
