Located in Fourth Street, Eildon is this spacious 4 bedroom holiday home.

Comprising of 2 bathrooms, both with showers and toilets, one bathroom has a bath, which is ideal for 2 families!

4 bedrooms with 2 x Queen Beds, 1 x Single bunk beds and 1 x single bunk with double bed to accommodate for 10 people. Some bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning in living. All bedrooms have electric heating.

Property features include TV, WIFI available, dishwasher, and washing machine. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and large carport.

Located just opposite park and children's playground, walking distance to Eildon shopping village, local swimming pool and Goulburn River.
5 minutes to boat ramp.

Please note the following:
• Doonas/pillows/bath mats are provided; however, guests must provide their own doona & pillow covers, sheets and towels. (BYO)
• The minimum stay is 2 nights & 3 nights for any long weekend/public holidays.

We understand pets are part of the family, however they are not to be left unattended, either inside or outside at any time during your stay. This is to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Good peaceful location , lots of interesting places to visit in 30mts drive, beautiful country side.

Enjoyed the cosy house , nicely heated in this cold weather.The kitchen facilities and utensils were quite adequate. Two half rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for four days was quite inadequate. Even a few bags of tea/ coffee could have added value.
