Everything you could possibly need.Really quiet and lovely location.Was easy to get to from melbourne.Great shower, good wifi, heaps of entertainment available and Ballan is an absolutely lovely town.John the owner, very personable and keen to assist with any queries.Highly recommend this accomadation.

Very nice place to stay

We just had a overnight stay. It is a beautiful and quiet place, plus excellent location, easy to access all the shops and resturants at the town center. The owner is very friendly and helpful, hightly recommended.

Lovely location

Great place to relax after the hustle and bustle of the city or travelling about the beautiful district.You can start your day with a stroll through the extensive river reserve directly behind the house. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of town.

Blissful at Ballan Horse and Goat

Loved my stay, John was very accommodating and kind. Handy to shops, other towns and bush activities. Great, quiet and clean, highly recommend this place!
