Enjoy Bonaire while staying in this beautiful and fully furnished 3 bedroom villa.

Seeing, feeling and experiencing Bonaire and the Caribbean climate and nature, that is what Kas Kris offers. Once the sliding doors open, inside and outside become one beautiful large living area. Kitchen and living room, large porch, terrace and pool are all connected.

What does that mean in practice? Well, try to imagine yourself:

You just woke up, walk from the bedroom to the kitchen and tell your travel companion, who is making coffee, that you want a cup too. You continue walking across the porch, toward the pool terrace.

You walk down the stairs, slowly into the pool, and calmly swim to the other side. You sit down for a moment on the bench at the end of the pool. You look around and see very closely the birds in the trees; they are bright yellow! And orange! And green! Trupials, parakeets and parrots, and now you hear the parakeets twittering too! What are they talking about? Oh, and look, an iguana in the garden! And another one! And if you sit quietly watching, a beautiful green or red hummingbird is sure to come and have a snack on the little flowers.

When you're done looking you swim back. You see the house, the porch and the dining table. Your other travel companions, drinking their coffee on the large lounge sofa, cheerfully wish you good morning.

Once you're out of the pool you let the sun and wind dry you off a bit, grab your hamam towel and saunter over to the cabana. That's where you'll drink your coffee.

This villa is very private, green and quiet. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a hill with a beautiful view. It is also only a 10 minute drive from Flamingo Airport, restaurants Kralendijk and many dive sites. The best of both worlds, right?

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay at Kas Kris. The house is very spacious and well set up for divers with a convenient wash station right in the driveway where you park your truck. There is lots of outdoor seating under shade and a lovely pool to cool off in. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Kas Kris

We enjoyed our time at Kas Kris! Only thing to be aware of is the mosquitos! Make sure you’re stocked on the coils and other prevention.

Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay at Kas Kris for a week. The property is well furnished, and everything we needed was there. There was even a place to clean the scuba gear near the parking inside the gate. It was quiet and peaceful, with the birds singing every morning. I will highly recommend this location, and we will be back!

Great Spot to Relax and Unwind

Kas Kris was in deal for this trip to Bonaire. It was comfortable and had the privacy I wanted. Good dive sinks and cabinet to hang dive gear. Nathalie the property manager was superb and even stopped in to make sure all was ok. Thank you for a great vacation

This house was hands down the best place we have stayed yet in Bonaire. The homeowner took so much time and effort to make sure the house is well appointed- you really feel like you’re right at home. The place was gorgeous, clean, and every single item that we could need for our stay was well thought out. If you don’t book this one you will absolutely be missing out! Lastly, I cannot rave enough about the gorgeous glassware options that are typically very slim in rentals. Thank you Kris for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Very accurately described in the advertisement. We were generally happy, overall, with our stay here. Easy commute to the dive center and other stops of interest. Only issue was lack of lightning in the inside sitting area to read in the evening., very poor.

Relaxation at its finest

I have nothing bad to say about the Kas Kris Villa. It’s a very comfortable, convenient, relaxing, and private space that entices you to stay. Our only quarrel was we found it hard to leave the villa during the day due to it being so inviting, haha. Krista and Nathalie were extremely helpful with any needs, and made checking in and out a breeze. We would not hesitate to stay the Kas Kris Villa again, and were very pleased.

A wonderful stay in a well appointed home

This home had everything that we needed for our weeks vacation. The home is beautifully designed with a lot of outdoor space to enjoy the magnesium pool and tropical landscaping. Nathalie, the property manager, met us when we arrived and was super helpful with suggestions of what to do during our stay, supermarket hours, etc. The home was clean, and we especially appreciated the snacks and cold beverages upon arrival. We enjoyed watching the tropical birds and relaxing in the yard.

Very relaxing atmosphere! Beautiful villa!

From start to finish Kris and Nathalie made our stay a memorable one. From check in to check out, everything went seamlessly. All of our questions were answered and the lines of communication were great.The villa is very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we had some of best nights of rest at Kas Kris.There are three very comfortable places to linger around the pool to either chase or get relief from the sun. The outdoor dining table is also a great gathering spot. Great kitchen and grill area too.I would recommend Kas Kris to anyone. Its location was close enough to snorkel spots, restaurants and shopping without being caught up in any traffic.Would definitely stay here again.Thank you Kris and Nathalie.Dave & Joanne

Great Property, Great Owner, Great Manager

The property was fantastic, especially the outdoor space. Both the property owner and property manager were also very nice and a pleasure to work with. My girlfriend has an allergy to down feathers. All of the pillows in the rooms were down (very comfortable) so I called the property manager asking if they had any pillows that weren't down or could recommend a shop where I could go pick some up. Later that day she showed up with some really nice pillows she had purchased so my girlfriend could sleep comfortably. This was my group's third trip to Bonaire and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Kas Kris again.

Paradise

My husband and I stayed at Kas Kris for 8 nights in December. It was just magical. The outdoor living space is surrounded by lush vegetation. We spent most of our time outside because of the cool breeze, privacy, and relaxing atmosphere. The house is comfortable, with good hot water and mosquito netting on the beds. The kitchen has anything a chef would want to fix a meal for 2 or for 12. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Kralendjk. It was great to drive away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the touristy restaurant area and come home to a sanctuary. We would sit by the pool with a glass of wine, look at the stars and think of how lucky we are. Communication was excellent,both with the owner and manager. We will definitely return.

What a GREAT place!!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property is VERY comfortable with all the creature comforts we needed for the entire week-plus. There was an issue with the refrigerator that was fixed as soon as possible and did not inconvenience much at all. We arrived later in the day on Saturday and Kris & our host Nathalie had some food and drinks waiting for us so we did not need to go to the market right away. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't look the best, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The yard and pool are very private. The villa even had it's own rinse tanks and gear locker for your scuba/snorkeling gear We will definitely inquire about staying here for our next visit to Bonaire. This place is first rate!

A Wonderful Stay!

A lovely stay in a more local area of Bonaire. The house has a spacious covered deck where we sat, when we were home, throughout our stay. The plants surrounding the house provide a wonderful seclusion from the neighbors and we spent lots of time reading in the hammock, swimming in the pool and chilling poolside. The style of the house is modern and we loved the additional Fatboy lighting. The house also has its own parking space in front of the door which is nice so you don't have to worry about whether you can park your car or scooter. We stayed on Bonaire for two weeks in two different homes. The communication with Krista was great as was the reception by Nathalie. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early so we could enjoy the day before checking in. We had a few small incidents occur during our stay and these were resolved immediately and professionally. Being more local, there are dogs in the neighborhood whom you mostly hear, not see. Overall we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this vacation home!

Excellent place to stay, but …

Kas Kris is excellent overall. There are some wonderful features: very quiet, total privacy, the pool. The location, kitchen and furnishings are all good. Nathalie was very helpful. But … two problems: The driveway is seriously in need of repair (don’t try it without a 4-wheel drive vehicle). And the mosquitos and flies were really annoying in the house. The mosquito nets on the beds help, but the problem is the doors. If you leave them closed, that keeps the insects out but makes the house too warm. If you open the doors, you get a good breeze and a lot of nasty insects. The obvious solution is screen doors. I don’t know why the owner doesn’t address these problems. Still, Kas Kris is still an excellent place to stay on Bonaire.

Great vacation at Kas Kris!

Thank you Nathalie for making our stay memorable, the home was very clean and comfortable. Upon on arrival snacks and cool brevage was delightful to have after our long travel journey. The kitchen was well equip if you like to cook and prepare meals while looking out at the sunset. We setup the outdoor dining table with the rechargeable outdoor lamps and have lovely dinner while listening the sound of the wind taping the palm leaves. Definitively need a car if you want to get around, roads are easy to drive. Get a SUV if you planning to visit Washington Park, parts of the road are pretty bumpy with holes and rocks. It was our first time visiting Bonaire, and won't be our last visit. Jump into the beautiful bleu-turquoise water and have fun looking at the amazing marine life that surrounding the island, don't miss out to visit Klein Island, we book a snorkel trip with Sea Cow it was a moving experience. One suggestion, will be to have a ceiling fan into the living room area. Thank you again Nathalie and Kris.

Heerlijk huis!

Heerlijk huis. Precies zoals op de foto's. Had wel iets meer uitzicht over de oceaan verwacht maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Nathalie doet het geweldig. Altijd snel in haar acties of antwoorden op onze vragen. Geen reden om niet terug naar Kas Kris te gaan.

Comfortabele woning op rustige locatie

Geweldig lekker huis met een fantastische beheerder (Nathalie) waardoor we een heerlijke periode hebben gehad op Bonaire. De natuurlijke wind in de slaapkamers zorgden ervoor dat we de airco niet nodig hadden. De buitenruimte (tuin, porch en zwembad) zijn mooi aangelegd en zorgen voor veel privacy.

Kas Kris is very private situated and offers you rest and relaxation. When around the house, you will mostly see the sea and nature. Even while cooking a meal in the kitchen, you will be looking over the pool to the sea and Klein Bonaire!
