Serendipity@7hill is a brand new home, designed and built with the express purpose of self contained accommodation.

We wanted to provide visitors to the Clare Valley with a different choice to the traditional cottage style accommodation so often found in this and other rural regions. Being away from home no longer means being without all the "mod cons".

You will find this a very large spacious home sleeps six in 3 master bedrooms with open plan living and fantastic outdoor entertaining area under the main roof. so there's plenty of room to relax and unwind. The property covers a full acre of land so you won't feel hemmed in. It even has it's own creek to really put that final touch on a stunning getaway, right in the heart of the Clare Valley wine region.

Convenience in abundance: Nestled on the Riesling Trail in the historic town of Sevenhill, within the Clare Valley wine region of South Australia. Imagine having a bakery right next door, a pub across the road and wineries within walking distance. Sounds like a dream?

We were so fortunate to find this unique parcel of land that we just had to have it. The stars aligned for us and gave inspiration for the property's name. By definition, Serendipity is the discovery of something truly special. Come see for yourself and you won't be disappointed.

There's so much to see and do in the Clare Valley no matter if it's your first visit or how often you return. There are around 30 cellar doors, many on and around the Riesling Trail. The region produces a wealth of gourmet foods, with many new restaurants and cafe's opening in and around the valley. With wonderous scenery steeped in history on quiet country roads, the Clare Valley will lure you back time and time again.

The are many ways to explore the Clare Valley. Walking trails, bike trails (bring your own or hire), bus tours, taxi and of course your own vehicle. The region offers many historical sights, breathtaking scenery and regular events. There are local producers markets, art galleries, antiques and retro stores, wine festivals, garden festivals, horse racing, golf and much,much more.

Standard rate is for use of only 1 bedroom. $300 per night for 2 bedrooms. $350 per night for 3 bedrooms. Minimum 2 night stay on weekends (ie, Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun). Surcharge for public holidays and events
