Maybe the best rental we’ve stayed in! Bed was so comfy, and the porch with the flowers and bird feeders was wonderful. Clearly a lot of care put into this Vrbo and it made us add VT back on the top of our future vacations list!

Thank you Hope! I look forward to seeing you again.
Excellent property, Mary Ann is a wonderful host. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. A great value for the money.
Simply put we did not want to leave. Gardens are the highlight and attract passerbys to stop and have a peak...they are that good. Historical neighborhood with interesting architecture make walks necessary and super enjoyable. Hosts are excellent as well and are very warm and welcoming.

Thank you Jody! The two of you were a joy to host.
This is a spacious and tastefully decorated studio. It was so lovely to be able to sit outside in Mary Ann’s wildlife garden and we were grateful for the welcome items that she left for us. It’s a stroll down to the lakefront and other amenities.
The property was gorgeous. The room amazing! It has heated floors in the bathroom. It was very nice. There’s a nice fireplace insert and small kitchenette. We enjoyed it very much!
Great property...would definitely stay here again. Nice walking distance to downtown and lakeside spots. Heated bathroom floor was a nice touch. Excellent communication from the owners. Beautiful courtyard to sit in to enjoy a coffee or adult beverage. Very quiet street. Didn't have any problems finding parking.

Thank you…we also offer off street parking but not in the front…behind the main house.
Next time!?
Communication with the host was easy and seamless, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The nice space felt cozy, private, and beautifully tucked into a peaceful garden (even though it was winter) setting while still being close to everything.

Thank you Ann. Come again when the garden is in bloom.
Quiet and relaxing spot. Very close to downtown without being too busy itself. The heated floor and towel rack in the bathroom were a wondeful ammenity. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Such a great place, highly recommend! Room is so nice and well appointed. Heated floor in the bathroom is incredible. Mary Ann was so helpful and quick to respond. Will absolutely look to stay here next time we come to Burlington!
Loved the garden studio! The flowers, squirrels, birds and chipmunks were an incredible touch. The spot is walkable to Church St and the lake. The town is hilly but I didn’t mind that. The fresh flowers and drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. I would def come back and stay here again. For future visitors: My fav part of the trip was renting bikes from Local Motion and biking the 20 mile Island Line Trail. Fav food: Hen of the Wood and Rogue Rabbit.
The studio was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts think of everything you need including a complimentary bottle of wine. We stayed during the winter and loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Close to church street a great location. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
