Private, direct lakefront location–tip of very private Kibbe Point jutting out into Lake Champlain. Surrounded by 200 acres of lush meadows and lake shore. Great birding. Best fishing around right off point. Exceptional water quality. 25 minutes north of Burlington; 90 minutes south of Montreal. Cottage is fully equipped–sleeps two. Adjacent decks, lakeside decks and private lake access. Heated & insulated for 3 season rental. Pets considered for extra fee and extra damage deposit.
