This is a cosy elevated open plan fully equipped 2 bedroom home with city views close to the Nelson CBD with a 20 minute walk and 5 minutes by car. Its also a 10 minute drive to Tahunanui Beach.
My home is a modern free standing house situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood at the end of a cul-de-sac with off-street parking, internal access from the garage and a contained sunny courtyard. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with generous afternoon sun. A heat pump is available for heating and cooling.
The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking implements, a dishwasher and rice-cooker. As I live part-time in the house, the cupboards will have some basic supplies and condiments.
Th 2 good sized bedrooms are a good size with built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom contains an over the tub shower, sink and toilet.
The garage acts as a storage area for me and also contains the washing machine. There are drying racks and a clothesline outside. There are herbs in the garden for use if wanted.
