Les condominiums de trois chambres entièrement meublés sont au troisième étage du bâtiment et comprennent sept marches que vous devez monter pour atteindre votre véranda privée. En entrant dans la pièce, vous verrez le même condominium que les deux chambres / une salle de bain ainsi que les marches du salon qui mènent au grenier. Dans l'entrée, vous disposerez d'un placard pour ranger vos affaires. À gauche se trouvent les deux chambres, chacune contenant un lit queen-size. Droit devant, une salle de bain complète avec sauna privé. À droite de l'entrée se trouve la cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers et lave-vaisselle. Après la cuisine se trouve la salle à manger avec une table à manger, des chaises et un comptoir avec deux tabourets de bar. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen et une chaise. Vous pouvez regarder la télévision à écran plat avec un lecteur DVD Blu-Ray et rester au chaud près du foyer au bois de la cuisine, de la salle à manger et du salon. Grâce à la porte coulissante en verre est un balcon privé avec des chaises et une petite table donnant sur les montagnes et la station de ski. Dans le loft, vous trouverez votre chambre principale et votre salle de bain. La chambre comprend un lit king-size, une commode, une télévision à écran plat et une fenêtre en accordéon à deux volets, donnant sur la salle à manger et le salon. Wi-Fi inclus (1062 pieds carrés)

The deck overlooked the beautiful ski slope area. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room especially in the dining room. The owner was available when we had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

AMAZING Views

Great central location to most attractions / destinations. It is on top of the mountain so the temp was about 10° cooler, which was not an issue. Views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Overall a very beautiful and clean condo!

Pool was small. Had to share hot tub. We were under the impression the hot tub was on personal deck. Had to share washer and dryers. They had construction going on while we were there. We had gotten a 3 bedroom thinking we were going to have kids and grandkids going with us. They did not go and we were trying to go down to a 1 bedroom to save money and they wouldnt let us switch. We had a bathroom sink and tub that would not drain correctly. The view was amazing. It did come with a fireplace which was awesome.

The resort does not have control over the arrival of your additional guest. We cannot transfer reservations between different managed units, as each unit is owned by a different owner. Guests do have access to another pool and hot tub on the property if they wish to use them. In the listing for your reserved unit, it clearly states that the hot tub and laundry room are shared facilities. During your stay, contractors were working on a deck support pillar affecting the lower walkway on the backside of the building. However, this work did not impact your access to or use of your unit. The contractors worked from 9 AM to 6 PM to ensure minimal disruption to our guests. Regarding the drains in the sink and tub, you checked in on June 29, and on July 3, you reported that they were not draining properly. Our maintenance technician addressed the issue promptly. We agree that your unit offers great views. All of the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units in that building provide excellent views and feature natural fireplaces.

Really no complains, it was a good stay just a few comments. Definitely need to upgrade to a/c. just a couple of small maintenance issues. We also had a 1 year old and it isn't baby friendly.

Pleasant but small

Found lots of dead flies on the floor. Patch work on the ceiling sheet rock that was not completely finished. Scaffolding out side deck. Door unlocks with some effort, could use some graphite. Add reads just a few minutes walk to slopes. However it’s down a really steep hill. Not an easy walk to slopes after a day of skiing. Overall it was an ok stay.

Older smaller place that needs updates. No way it sleeps 8 and six people would be crowded with the size of the living areas. King bed mattress is worn out. All windows are from the 1970s and hard to open/close. Since there’s no Air Conditioner this is a necessity. No real BBQ tool's - plastic tool's are for stoves. Absolutely no basics for kitchen; no foil, plastic wrap, spices, the cheapest paper towels and toilet paper made. Shower water pressure is sub standard. Living room furniture is 1970s vintage and worn out. The place needs work and some simple updates. It could be improved with a few minor changes and a few bigger changes.

We appreciate the review. The Unit has 2 queen beds, a king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodating 8 people. This is the original building at Barefoot Resort which was built in 1982. The resort remodeled all of the units in this building between 2015 - 2017 with all new furniture and appliances. It didn't originally have a dishwasher, so when the cabinets were replaced, the resort redesigned the kitchen to accommodate one. Unfortunately, the resort cannot change the unit size, but we strive to make it comfortable. The King size mattress is only 1 year old as all of the mattresses in this building were replaced last spring. As you noticed, this building is currently being updated on the exterior. New siding, new roof, and new windows. The roof and windows have been replaced in the first section. Contractors will start again when the resort's busy season has passed. The resort didn't want the inconvenience the guests with contractors daily. The contractor is also working on the design to put mini-splits in for AC. The resort has been taking care of the minor and the major items every year. Had you seen our pictures from when the resort started working on the property in 2015, you would have seen the major changes. Work at Barefoot for upgrades and replacement is being done for low maintenance and longevity. We do apologize for the lower water pressure as we are close to the tower. The BBQ tools are in the drawer of the oven. Hope you come again to check the progress.
