The Chapparral - a peaceful light filled sanctuary surrounded by nature

Enjoy the simple life at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Chaparral is a light filled home located on eleven peaceful acres just twelve miles from downtown Austin and downtown Dripping Springs. The area feels much more rural than it is. This two bedroom farm house has all the creature comforts of home, including a full kitchen, dedicated workspace and a spacious covered porch. The backyard features a fire pit and seating to enjoy the stars and hill country sunsets. Peace & quiet in nature is the main draw here.
This gated private property features three homes and 3 wild fields. Light pollution in our neighborhood is kept to a minimum as to enjoy the splendor of the stars at night. Animals such as deer cross the property at dawn and dusk. Road runners, bunnies and song birds are also notable visitors.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is a unique gem being surrounded by nature and animals yet a short drive to the hustle & bustle of downtown Austin. We love the privacy and peaceful surroundings. And our neighbors are the friendliest to boot. My family & I live on the property at the far end of the 11 acres and we manage the property ourselves. We take a personal interest in making sure the home is properly cleaned & prepared for each guest. We are close by if you need anything at all during your stay. Our priority is making our guests comfortable & happy :)

What makes this property unique

The tucked away location of our property away from the main road make this a wonderfully peaceful getaway. The home is flanked by two open wild fields. The proximity to downtown Austin and downtown Dripping Springs make this a perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas.
