The Space:
This unit is on the front of the property with a private patio hang-out space. Enjoy an open living space and 2 bedrooms and newly refurbished bathrooms. The home is convenient to Austin attractions. About 10 minutes to Rainey St by car. Easy airport access. Restaurants, grocery, convenience stores, and shopping all in close proximity.

Guest Access:
This is Unit A of the house. You will have access to your unit and the front patio. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

Other Things to Note:
This property is a duplex with no shared spaces (other than the 2 car driveway). The unit has great WiFi, a speaker and smart TV. We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a neighborhood with mostly families. Noise levels must be kept down after 10pm. Great detail has been put into making the house comfortable and inviting for guests, and we ask that you respect the space. If something breaks, let us know so we can fix it.

Pets allowed with fee. Not to exceed 2 pets. Please clean up after your animals.
