Perfect accommodation for larger or combined family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms comfortably sleeping a maximum of 6. This home reflects a relaxed lifestyle with pleasant water views, only 3 minutes’ walk to either side for two beaches including Casey beach.

Downstairs is a stunning open plan living space, lounge with TV, pool table/ air hockey table and queen bedroom and separate bathroom with a well equipped kitchen with dining area which leads out to a large undercover decking overlooking the fenced swimming pool with meal area, freestanding double lock-up garage and kids cubby house.

Upstairs features another huge living area, open plan lounge with TV, DVD with king size bedroom with ensuite and own balcony, separate bathroom, another 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds.

Sufficient parking is available with the car port, garage and street parking.

Located on Sunshine bay, within 3 minutes walking distance to beaches, a short 5 minutes drive to Batemans Bay’s major shopping center, Birdland park, Observation head, Catalina Country Club Golf Course, Sunday markets, Bateman Bay Mini Golf, Soldiers Club, 1 minutes’ drive to Mogo Zoo and 25 minutes’ drive to Pepply beach. Perfect when you want to be close to everything, but far enough away from the crowd and the noise.

Linens are provided except towels.We do provide pillow covers,fitted sheet and quilt covers.You will need to bring your own towels. Alternatively you can buy towel for $8 which you can take it with you.

Overall great family holiday.

We very much enjoyed the location to the beaches and shops, house size, and lovely pool. Grateful for a late check out. Attention required to lots of the fixtures, fittings and games equipment that is broken or doesn't work. Fridge lacks capacity for a house that fits eight people.

Fantastic large beach house

The property and house was very large, very clean, and within walking distance to the beach. Heaps of backyard space with a fantastic pool. The only thing that I can think of is that there is a slight gas smell in the kitchen area downstairs, but the rest of the house was perfect!

great house for big family

we had a great time at this beach house! it's fun for kids and big families:). The only thing was cleaniness of the windows and the pool railing,that had cob webs.The house had a certain smell downstairs as if it was not aired and we had to leave the windows open to get the stuffiness out.I mean little bit attention to tiny details of the house like missing pieces of board games and pool table etc . windows need to be fixed around the house ,it would be awesome.fumingation needed as quite a few spiders were seen inside the house.The bbq really needs a cleaning ,we were not able to use it at all. besides all that ,it's an amazing place to be with an awesome pool and great space inside and out. l

Great place, great location

Minutes walk to a child-friendly beach. Child-friendly home with plenty of activities for kids- the pool table was a bit wonky to use, but the pool was a fantastic addition to keep the kids occupied when we weren't at the beach. Clean and well-kept home with ample space for 2-3 families. However, barbeque could use a thorough clean; we ended up using the stove top instead. Overall, though, we enjoyed the house and stay and would definitely consider returning.

Perfect Beach / Holiday Home for a Large Family!

Huge house & great value for money, plenty of space and entertainment options for the kids. We had great weather, which made all the difference as the kids loved being outdoors in the pool, playing table tennis or shooting hoops, or having a swim at the two beaches either side of the home - both only a short walk. There is two large lounge rooms to separate the kids or give the adults a place to relax away from the kids. A quirky pool table that gave plenty of laughs. A few classic board games that the kids loved and a blu-ray player for when parents needs a rest and enforce quiet time. Nice views from upstairs too! Dad loved cooking on the BBQ and having plenty of space to watch the kids from afar! Highly recommend this holiday home. Jude is very accommodating and friendly.

Very comfortable, spacious and a great location.

For a quiet weekend to disconnect and relax for a couple days, this was ideal. The house is very spacious with generous bedrooms and a number of bathrooms - making it ideal to share amongst friends as we did. Being located in a quiet street, this is not an appropriate area for parties. But for a group of people or a couple of families trying to relax this house is perfect. Having no WiFi was somewhat annoying at first, but in a way turned out to be a blessing-in-disguise as it forced us to stay away from TV and our devices - which have data connections anyway. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped - there were a lot of plates and frypans, but the complimentary coffee only had very small coffee cups. So too, the grill was a little temperamental to get up and running. All said and done though there was enough for us to cook for ourselves. Given it includes a pool, ready access to the beaches nearby, and generous BBQ space I imagine this house would be highly sought after during the warmer months.

Great family friendly beach house

Great 4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, very roomy for the 6 of us and the deck upstairs is great. The kids loved the pool. The house is close to lots of beaches and a short drive to the local shops and cafes. It’s in a good spot. Would stay again!

Perfect family beach house!

We were so pleased by the property on arrival. It was clean and tidy and the location was great, lovely and quiet, The house is do spacious with room for the whole family and all the amenities you need with a few extras to keep the kids busy including a pool and air hockey table, foosebal and ping pong. Highly recommended and would definitely return!

AMAZING!!!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults 2 children ) We all had the best time staying here at Jude's house, it felt like home with plenty of space. Kids loved the pool and games tables. The beds we're super comfy and it is in the perfect spot not to far away from the center of town and within walking distance to two different beaches. We will definitely be back Thanks Jude

Fun, clean and comfy

We were 3 couples that stayed at Jude's place. There was heaps of space with 2 large loungerooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen. It was lovely to hear the sound of the ocean as you went to sleep. We really enjoyed the pool and the games at the house ( table tennis, pool table, air hockey and fusbal). Jude was great with communication and we are already planning to go again!

Loved it!

Very convenient, clean and spacious. My nieces had a wonderful time with all the indoor games as well as the pool. The beaches weren't far, so fishing was great for us adults. Will definitely visit again.

Impressive property

We enjoyed our stay, the beach and all amenities are very close. Very easy to get to and the points to note came in very handy for all the specs around the house. Would stay again.
