Denver to Boulder Rocky Mountain Colorado Home

Light an airy Colorado comfort! Mindfully embraces both clean, modern lines with a strong emphasis on pure form and function keeping family in mind. This home is spacious and lovely with generous seating and sleeping for multiple friends staying for a getaway to a family short term! It’s modern with beautiful finishes and extras. You’ll love the view of the mountains from almost every room with 20ft ceilings and luxury catwalk to the master suite. Open concept promises supreme comfort! Just 15 mins to Downtown Denver. Centrally located to everything Denver has to offer from the foothills of Boulder to Downtown Denver.

Other things to note:

The home is 3 floors. The garden level is an apartment that we split and rented while we lived in Denver, and it remains occupied. This space is completely separate from the main house which is two stories. There is no access between and entry/exit paths are private. ***Important, there are two thermostats with two furnaces and two AC’s. One thermostat in the living room the other in the owners suit. Each unit must either be on heat or cold so that they do not work against each other.
