Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A bunch of my friends get together every year and enjoy our time together. Our place to stay is the most important thing. We love hanging in the condo and 1205 is our favorite place to stay. It’s very roomy and away from everyone else. We are always treated like queens from from our hosts. This company is awesome

Great unit with amazing views. Plenty of space and the amenities in the condo were everything we needed. We rented chairs for the beach from Ike’s and it made beach days simple.

The ocean view was spectacular. The unit was very airy and spacious. Only 1 wine glass and I would have liked more. Pool was not functional for the week we were there.

We always stay at the Broadmoor every beach vacation. It is not over crowded, very clean, the best beach view.

Beautiful condo. Amazing location.

My family loved our stay. The condo was amazing. The location was perfect. And the beach was never too packed, even during spring break. The property manager was so friendly and attentive as well. Can’t say enough great things. We will book another stay here!

Best Condo in Orange Beach!

We’ve been to OB six times as a family. This was by far our favorite place! The view, the layout, and the beach we amazing! Look forward to coming back in the future.

Everything was perfect! We had 3 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room and privacy! We’ve stayed in this unit before and loved it so much we just had to return for another stay. And, definitely a view to die for from every window!

Best vacation ever!

My closest friends and I had the best time ever. The property was beautiful and was perfect for the 8 of us. The owner was as also super understanding of our situation and was extremely helpful and communicative through the process. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect!

The listing is just as described and the property management was very communicative. We have stayed at many different places over the years, and this by far was the best! The beach was not crowded, the condo was quiet and a good mix of owners, and the location was perfect. We had four adults and two children so lots of space for everyone to gather, but also have their own areas to rest.
