Casa Del Sol - Waterfront Home with Gorgeous Views!

Located in the Gravois Arm on the North side of the Lake of the Ozarks, is this beautiful sun drenched home! Casa Del Sol has everything you are looking for. It is also only a 5-minute drive by land from Jolly Rogers Restaurant in popular Indian Creek Cove which includes a "no wake" branch as well as a branch that is great for water sports and tubing!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath private home includes 2 bedrooms upstairs: First bedroom has a queen bed and a set of built-in twin bunk beds and a TV.

Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen beds and a TV. Those bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

Downstairs you will enjoy an entire wall of windows stretching from the Living room to the dining room! The living room includes the sofa sleeper, recliners, flat screen TV and a BluRay DVD player. Dining room has seating for 4 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking and entertaining.

The Master Bedroom is located downstairs and includes a King sized bed, flat screen TV and large closet. In the hall is located the second bathroom with tub/shower, utility and laundry room with full sized machines.

These decks are amazing and a sun-lovers dream! Upper deck includes a bistro table for 2, a 4 top table for dining, a gas grill and an extra table for serving. The lower level features a 2 top bistro table and a conversation area big enough to fit up to 8 guests!

Bring your boat, because this home has a 12 x 32 slip just waiting for you! Notice the swim ladder on one side and loungers with wet steps on the swim platform side.

Great Location

Family of 7 and had plenty of room. Great location. Not a lot of boat traffic and easy to tube, not far away. Nice to be able to keep our boat on site.

Great vacation house

We had a great family vacation. House was perfect size for a family of 7. It has parking for 4 cars which was a huge plus! The boat slip was super easy to get in and out of, and we really enjoyed our time on the dock.One note: since our booking they have removed the slide that was on the dock. We were told due to insurance reasons.Would definitely stay here again.

This home was wonderful! We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday with a few friends and the kitchen was fully stocked with basic spices and utensils for cooking. The house was clean and wonderfully furnished. The double deck was a dream to wake up to every morning, and although the water was too cold to enjoy in April, having access go the water was so special. The only thing I didn’t love was how steep the hill to get to the house was, but it was well worth it and I would do it again. Thank you!

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing is there were a TON of ants when we first arrived. We bought some ant traps and that seemed to take care of the problem. It was very clean otherwise, great location, GREAT view! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Erica, thanks for your review and comments! We are sorry that you encountered ants upon your arrival. We usually check the properties a day or two prior to your arrival and we didn't see any ants at that time. However, we have been experiencing a severe drought this summer and ants have been an issue at a few properties as they seek water. In the future if you should run into an issue, such as ants, please just contact our office and we will be glad to send someone to take care of any problem that you may have. We are open seven days a week in the summer and have staff on hand to assist all of our guests. The north shore, where this home is located, is a great location for boating and other water sports and is only about 25 minutes from town. Isolated but not too far away. This is a great home with a nice deck overlooking the dock and the the large cove. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay! Thanks, and have a great day! Great view

Perfect place for us and another family. Lots of outdoor space. Kitchen isn't well stocked for cooking, there was only one tiny cutting board and no knives for eating our steaks.

Great Family Vacay

Awesome time with family. Lots of fishing, swimming, and water play. Be aware that grocery stores, restaurants are all at least 20 minutes away. Property is near the end of a windy small dirt road, so plan accordingly. Overall this was a great spot. The property was great with beautiful porches and docks. Definitely plan on bringing a boat/jet ski and or kayaks to make the most of the time on the lake.

small. family vacation

the 8 of us stayed a week in this home and had plenty of room! The dock was great and having our own boat slip made things so nice! Wish our trailer could have been kept on the property or at least in the same location as the boat ramp, having 2 different places for this was an obstacle but once we were at the home and all settled in it was a great experience! highly recommend!

Nice house, decks, and dock.

Nice house, decks, and dock. The only thing missing were some extras in the kitchen like forks, tongs for grill, etc. For the group of 7-8 people that we had the size was perfect. The management company was very good. We had a hard time finding it at first and didn't realize it was on dirt roads but everything was good once we found it.

Michaelane, thanks for your review! This home has a great view and nice deck and dock to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. And we agree that this is a great little home to relax and enjoy the lake life. We will double check on the grill utensils, should have been some there, but if not we will ensure we get the home stocked. This home is out in the country a little bit and about a mile or so of gravel but all other roads are paved. Also there are convenience stores within just a few miles so that you don't have to drive all the way to town to pick up any items you may have forgotten or decided that you need. great part of the lake

awesome home, worked out great for our group of two families with kids. had a spot for my boat. quiet branch off the main gravios arm. during the week is the best. lots of bugs unfortunately but that is nothing to do with house just Missouri summers. Just bring bug spray.

Great house

The house was very clean, beds were all comfortable, we had enough room for all 9 of us. Couple minor things no toilet paper or paper towels, we ended up buying our own. The main bathroom toilet kept running, hot water runs out fairly fast but we understand that can happen. The waves can be a bit overwhelming when a boat would come by. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Kerri, thanks for the review! We are sorry that there were no paper towels or toilet paper? That is something that is on our checklist to inspect after the housekeeper has finished cleaning our properties. I checked the checklist for that property for your stay and both were supposed to be there. Per our contract there should have been at least one roll of paper towels and 12 rolls of toilet paper. We normally leave a starter supply that should last three or four days. I think you reported the toilet issue to our office and that entire toilet has been replaced with a brand new toilet, in fact we had issues with both toilets and replaced both of them. As with any home, you should have enough hot water for 3-4 showers in a row, but with 9-12 guests at the home you would need to stagger the showers to allow the hot water to catch up as you noted. Outstanding Property

Best dock in Lake of the Ozarks. This fabulous house exceeded our expectations. Property mgmt company was very easy to deal with; always responding quickly to any questions I had. It’s only 22 steps from the top deck down to the dock. The lounge chairs were very comfortable and the second swim ladder made it very easy to get in and out of the lake. It was very peaceful and quiet over the four days we were there, with beautiful sunset views every night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, coffee pot and toaster. Grill was great but I’d recommend bringing a long fork and tongs to grill with. Beds were very comfortable. They supplied plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry pods. We stopped for groceries at the Walmart in Versailles on the way down, but there’s a very good supermarket in the area, probably a 25 minute drive from the house. (Woods Supermarket, I believe). We ate at two restaurants on the water in the Bagnell Dam area- JB Hooks and Baxter’s, which were both excellent. The Rusty Rooster is a must for a good breakfast. The dam is nice to see but the outlets are a ghost town, unfortunately. Still a few stores left with good merchandise but I’d say only about 2 dozen shops. We took a nice 45 minute drive to HaHa Tonka State Park. Overall, a very relaxing few days in a great house.

Overall a nice property. Comfortable beds and furnishings, although main living area was a bit small for our group. Very clean when we checked in. Would have been cleaner when we checked out, but no broom and the mini-vac provided didn’t work well. Plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. provided. Fans in main living area are difficult to operate and one quit working during our stay. The water slide on the dock is unstable and needs to be repaired before someone gets hurt. Ice maker in frig doesn't work, so bring your own ice. Needs some general maintenance work, but it met our needs for the most part. View of the sunset over the lake was amazing!

Great family get-away.

Family had a blast and great relaxing vacation at this property. We brought our jetski along and left it in the boathouse all the days we were there. Recommend this property.

Bed bugs

We booked this place because of the water front and the dock for the kids so we wouldn’t have to rent a boat! But we Arrived at 7pm unpacked all cars and put things away. Hung out for a little bit put kids to be around 10pm then adults went to bed around midnight that’s when we found the bed bugs. Found three on a bed and several dead ones under mattress. I know things happen that can’t be controlled but having to pack up an entire house with three sleeping kids to move to another place while property mangers telling us they don’t know what to do about it and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. Would not stay with this company again.

Kortney, thanks for your review. I was the property manager that you spoke to and just to be clear, I said "what would you like me to do?" and not “I don’t know what to do”. I said give me five minutes to look up what properties were available, I called you right back after finding another property that would accommodate your group, I then texted you the directions and met you at the property at 12:30 am. I then waited and ensured that you got in ok and that the property was acceptable (which you said it was). You then asked about compensation and I told you I would speak with the owner of the property. The next day I offered a discount and instead you wanted a 100% refund. I then offered a one-night refund, which you accepted and we processed the refund the very next business day. If the alternate property was unacceptable, we would have been glad to give you a 100% refund and let you find alternate accommodations. Upon inspecting the property, the only bed bugs that were found were the two you had in a Tupperware dish on the kitchen counter. No bed bugs or evidence of bed bugs were found in any of the beds. Great spot for family vacation

Property was just as described. Great spot on the lake, especially for tubing or water skiing as the b boat traffic isn’t too heavy. Great fishing off the dock as well. Kids caught unlimited bluegill and also good size catfish with hotdogs. Beautiful sunsets, and the back decks are a wonderful place to hang out in the evening.

Nice cove with good fishing.

Fishing was good the grandson’s enjoyed it. Never stayed on that side of the Lake before but it was nice.

Great house on the lake. Nice dock, slide, and fishing area. Great house for kids.

House was great for family. Nice spot on lake. Fun to swim, boat, and fish. House was a bit musty when we arrived, but expected that with a house on the lake. Grill was clean and easy to use. Well stocked kitchen. Downstairs toilet kept running—had to jiggle the handle. Not a big issue. Liked the video game console and internet. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

There were a few issues but nothing major. Would not stay here again. House was smaller than pictures revealed. Upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm. Kitchen only had 7 forks and there were 8 of us. Toilet needs repaired. Bedrooms were nice. Dock was really nice, but absolutely no shade for relaxing on the 2 very nice decks.

Great House!

We had a group of 9 people and it was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the big dock for laying out/floating in the lake. The house had everything we needed and it was easy to check in with the keypad!
