Welcome! This property includes a large backyard with a putting green, pool, and fire pit. We offer Lightning fast Gigablast internet, contour TV with apps, movie and sports channels, and much more. Surround sound with bluetooth capability, 4 bedrooms with queen sized memory foam beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dinning areas, complimentary snacks, apple cider, 4 bottles of water, eggs, oatmeal and cereal! Laundry room and a grill!

YARD MAINTENANCE
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Time will vary...approximately 30 min or less
Maintenance Staff will never enter the property or disturb guests in the home.
Side gate will be used to minimize contact with our guests.

**Pool Heat is an additional daily cost. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please inquire about a quote from the host**
In regards to the heated pool we try to maintain a very comfortable 80°-82° range.
We set the pool temperature in the winter to 85°, even though the pool is heated automatically at least 8 hours a day, on cold nights the pool can still drop in temperature sometimes into the 70°’s which some can consider cold.


A Safety Pool Gate is installed.
Please be responsible for your children. Due to this we have provided a liability agreement.

Liability Agreement regarding the pool:
“When booking with us you are signing an agreement that you are aware of and assume the risk for yourself, any children, and for all guests or invitees during your stay. Jackeline Sarazua & Jaser Sarazua are not responsible for any accidents caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jackeline Sarazua & Jaser Sarazua from any and all liability resulting from harm or injury caused by Guest and all individuals in Guest’s party using the pool and/or any equipment.
By completing the VRBO reservation the Primary Guest acknowledges and agrees to comply with this agreement”.

Additional Rules to Remember:

+ Reservations without previous reviews might be subject to an additional $350 STR Rules Deposit.
The STR Rules deposit is fully refundable for reservations that follow all rules and regulations.

Quiet time: 10pm - 6am

The entire property is smoke free, a $500 fee for any smoking inside the house or anywhere on the premises at any time. Any marijuana and/or tobacco odor detected on premise after check out will automatically incur this fee.

Parties or Small Gatherings are Not Allowed Per VRBO, this will be a $350 automatic fee. And potential eviction.

For emergency purposes it is important to give us an updated head count for your group as well as how many vehicles to expect with your group. Again the reason we ask this is we need to be able to make sure who is part of the group and who is not.

We ask that the modem and anything plugged into walls prior to your arrival be kept plugged in as some items that become unplugged could cause internet, tv channels, as well as security system among others to fail. This ultimately can cause for your experience to be less than satisfying which is what we want to avoid.

Lastly this is a very unique home we would ask you would treat this with the most care.

If any of these rules are not followed, we do reserve the right to charge additional fees up to termination of stay or eviction. We do thank you in advance for helping us make your stay as pleasant as possible.
