A Perfect accomodation for our annual family ski trip to the Beaver Creek/Vail area. Every bedroom has its own bath/shower and the beds are most comfortable. Kitchen/living area has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The hot tub was very clean with plenty of towels. The house is very quiet. The communication with management was great and very timely. There were six of us in our family and all agreed they want the same place next year. Thanks!

Beautiful home nearby for vail skiing!

Property was exactly as described and a beautiful home! We had 2 families for a ski trip in Vail and it was perfect with about a 10 min commute to the main Vail parking. Kids loved the hot tub for after skiing and we loved the heated garage for our ski stuff. We would highly recommend to families or friends looking for a clean and amazing stay!

Location and great separation for larger groups

Location was great for skiing, just 10-15 minutes to either Vail or Beaver Creek. Groceries and quick need stores were within 5 minutes drive and so many options for restaurants. The 4 rooms having their own complete bathrooms and thermostats were A for our group. The steam shower and hot tub were great to have after a long day of skiing and not have to share with other vacationers. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

This place had it all! Plenty of common area space and each bedroom had its own bathroom! It is hard to find a place to accommodate couples as one of the rooms usually has bunk beds, this place did not! It had a room with two twins that could be converted to a king upon request.

Great rental for a ski trip

We had a group of 7 stay here in early March for a ski trip. The location was ideal to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. The layout of the home was perfect for two families with each room having an en suite bathroom and a large kitchen for cooking dinners. The kids LOVED being in the hot tub after a day of skiing and the steam shower in the master bathroom was a treat. I highly recommend this lovely home and iTrip was a wonderful agency to work with. Communication was quick and the digital welcome packet was great!

Home away from home!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The communication between us and the host was extremely prompt. They were very accommodating to our needs as well. The home had all the amenities we were looking for and then some. The shower wad amazing!! Very well maintained property in a great location.

Superb Stay

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful property. It was a wonderful Christmas/Skiing vacation. The amenities in the property exceeded our expectations. Communication with the property manager was excellent as well.

Vail Ski Week

When I go on vacation, I want my accommodations to be as nice as my home or nicer and this property checked all the boxes. Great property for large groups with accurate pictures. The townhouse is very well constructed, insulated and beautifully appointed. All the kitchen gadgets you need are at your disposal. I like to cook so that made me very happy. Arrival instructions were easy and we were able to check-in a bit early. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own en-suite bathroom which is amazing! Unusual but extremely appreciated. Each bedroom has is own thermostat. The property is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores, Beaver Creek and Vail. Kathleen was very responsive to the few questions I had. I would definitely book this property again.

Nice place for a ski weekend!

We had a very nice weekend staying here. It was cozy but we very conveniently located. Just 5 minute walk to top of lift at Hidden Valley and 20 minute drive to Seven Springs. The place had what we needed to cook meals and it was comfortable for sleeping. If we’re in the area in the future, we would consider this place again.

We stayed there this past January 2023 and loved it. Beds are so comfy. The 4 bedrooms each with it's ensuite bath is perfect for older professionals who don't want to share bathrooms. Everything worked great. Would definitely stay there again. However, I wish there was a way to use the house speakers to listen to music.

Great home in a nice neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, and the house was warm and cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the rooms were great as well. After a long day of skiing, my teenagers had fun relaxing in the hot tub. I definitely recommend this home.

An amazing mountain home

I think this is the 3rd time I have stayed at the house. The location is very convenient. We skied both Vail and Beaver Creek on our trip. I love how spacious the house is and the view from the master bedroom of the mountains is exquisite. A great house to rent for a big family.

Wonderful condo for 8 adults

Very comfortable property for 4 couples to stay in, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Great kitchen to cook in and seating for 8 at the table. Nice to have the heated garage to leave boots and ski equipment in also.

Great house

This is a lovely house in a very convenient spot for both Beaver Creek and Vail. It’s just off the main road so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and the house had everything our family of six needed. The steam shower in the master was a real treat. Good size bedrooms so plenty of space for everyone to have quiet time or watch a movie. The garden overlooks the golf course and there’s a hill for sledding which our four year old thought was absolutely brilliant. We had a couple of little issues but the property manager sorted them out immediately and gave really good service. I’d recommend this place to friends. It has everything you need and us quite stylish too. Our Yukon XL didn’t fit in the garage but it’s a massive car and almost fit but there was parking opposite.

Amazing stay

This townhouse exceeded all of our expectations. The location was great: the 'backyard' was an open space with hills, where kids enjoyed sledding all day long. The house was perfect in every way: bed were comfortable, each bedroom has its' own bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is new. To owners: thank you for letting us stay in your mountain house. We enjoyed every minute.

The Details Make This House AMAZING!

There's a reason this property has all these 5 star reviews, it's by far the nicest rental home I've ever stayed in. First off, location is ideal as it's situated between 2 iconic mountains. The house is located 5 min from Beaver Creek and 10 min from Vail which is perfect for those first tracks. The details are what really make this home so comfortable. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own en suite bathroom. The memory foam beds are extremely comfortable and help recharge the batteries after a long day on the slopes. The steam shower in the master bath is simply an experience all on its own. Downstairs, the kitchen is perfect for cooking breakfast before you head out for the day. Dinning area has a nice table that sits 8 comfortably. Out on the patio, there is a gas grill to cook up some steaks and a very crucial hot tub to ease those sore muscles. Highly recommend taking a soak every night! The family room has a nice gas fireplace, comfy couches, and board games for the whole group. There is a washer/dryer as well which is convenient. Lastly, a heated garage with cubbies for your boots to keep everything nice and warm and dry. Overall this house exceeded our lofty expectations. Very comfortable for our group of 8 adults. Look forward to staying here again! Book this beautiful home and enjoy all that Eagle Vail has to offer!

Excellent condo

Ski vacation of 3 generation family with 2 grandparents, 2 middle aged adults and 3 kids (teenager to grade school). It is a beautiful and well kept condo, with nice furnishings. We ski every year and this is the nicest place we have found by far. Often bedrooms are cramped, but not here, plenty of space. Steam shower in the master was great. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Walking trail out the back door was great on day off of skiing. 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek village area. If we return to Beaver Creek resort, will absolutely stay here again!

Great place to catch up with wonderful friends

Loved this property! I think one of the best features was each BR had it’s own BR and thermostat. The hot tub was used nightly to relieve the tired muscles from the day on the slopes. Someone had left a sledge in the backyard that we used to slide down the the slope. Fun to watch! The place is very inviting, clean and roomy for eight people. The property management company were very helpful finding grocery delivery and fun things to do. We had to eventually leave but we left our hearts in Avon.

The best family vacation!

Our family of four had the most memorable time staying at Pinewoods 24, a dream CO retreat. We highly recommend staying in this absolutely beautiful home -- the neighborhood is friendly, the setting is magnificent, the location is ideal, the management company was very professional and responsive, and the home itself has everything you need and more! We are restored and relaxed, and can't wait to return to Eagle Vail!
