This home was excellent! More than we hoped for! We especially loved the kitchen, long dining table, open living room with plenty of seating. Also loved the screened in porch and the extra room off the entrance, which served as a little retreat for the kids. Also really enjoyed the golf cart!

Such a great experience! Clean,efficient, and had the best time. I would rate a 9 out of 10. Only because maintenance was next door and a little noisy....but overall! 10 out of 10! The weekend stay was a SUCCESS!

Great location to the beach. Nice home and neighborhood. Space was great for 8 adults, maybe 9. Enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart.

Great place but few things could have been better. The grill did not work, there were no pot holders for the oven, and the outside couch had a lot of black mold which made me nervous with the kids. But overall, it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay!!

The property was very nice and accommodated our family well. Well stocked, clean and roomy. Close to pool, beach and restaurants. Enjoyed having bikes and a golf cart to get around. Management company responded well to our requests. The only negative was the vehicle gate codes provided would stop working and when we got a new one it did not work. Other subdivision guests gave us their codes so we were able to enter during our stay without issue.

We had a perfect stay. Loved the home layout, the screened porch and location. The golf cart is a great amenity and made accessing nearby beach, restaurants and shops easy. Relaxed at the pool and used the exercise room. Those we encountered in the neighborhood were extremely welcoming. Loved it!

Beautiful home in a safe community. However we were given the wrong gate code and could not get ahold of the host to get the correct one. We had to call maintenance for two days to get in, the host didn’t respond for two days.

Destin vacation station

It was a beautiful house. In a beautiful gated community. Enough room for our rather large family. Close to the beach and the many restaurants. Excellent distance to shopping as well. Great house and a great stay overall 10 out of 10!

The location was good. But there were a lot of issues with the home. The kitchen sink was missing a lid/trap over the disposal, causing water to shoot up if used. The kitchen sink was also very clogged. Guest bathroom shower door was barely functional and main door handle close to falling off. Back patio furniture needs replaced - it's covered in mold. Interior couch pillows are also in poor shape and need replaced. The AC was struggling to keep up on hot afternoons and it would get hot in the house regardless of where you set the thermostat. There are no oven mitts to get anything out of the oven. No laundry basket to move laundry. Communication with the host was not satisfactory. I would not stay here again, especially given the price, with so many unaddressed issues. And in reading back through past reviews just now, I see that at least some of these issues have been brought to the owners attention previously (ie. no oven mitts) and have not been addressed.

Property is walking distance from the beach. We were 3 families and the living area was spacious enough for all of us. Coffee pot provided, but bring your own coffee pods/creamer/sugar. Neighborhood was very nice/quiet. We would rent this location again.

Beautiful and accommodating

This was a beautiful house and area, short and easy walk to the beach and the golf cart was very handy as well. It was very roomy and beds were comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the owners regarding the trash pick up as there was a problem with trash being left in the outside cans prior to our stay but it was handled. We would love to come back.

The best house!!

This house was amazing! We loved the location! The golf cart made getting to the beach very easy. We had plenty of room for our party of 6, even with all the clothes the teenagers brought! The beds are so comfy, the living room is spacious and comfy, the back patio is covered and so nice, and this house has the best water pressure!! We hope to stay here again!!

The property is equipped with all the amenities for a wonderful vacation. It's very close to the beach. You can walk if you wish, or you can go by bike or golf cart, as there is parking at the beach entrance. This is my second time in Destin, and this house exceeded my expectations. It will remain on my list of favorites for next year.

My stay in my Little Slice of Paradise

The house was great. There were lots of additional items provided to make your stay more comfortable. The pool is nice and just a short walk to the beach. My only negative was that it was fourth of July weekend and Destin was very crowded. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Lots of privacy with a large family. More usable space than we could have expected! No balconies and dangerous water features for little kids. TV instructions would have been great--we couldn't operate the technology!
