An Amazing Beach Bungalow.

The property is in the heart of Kiawah. The house is so quite and only a block from the private beach experience offered at Kiawah. We would stay here again. It was amazing.

Great place!

My husband 3yr old daughter and I spent four days here and loved it! The house is lovely nestled in among the trees and best part we could walk to the beach. We just booked another stay at this same house next month. Very highly recommend.

Beautiful property, beautiful location

This is a very comfortable, beautifully appointed house. The beds and linens were very nice and the kitchen has everything our family needed. The ocean is a very short walk away. The homeowner was super responsive when the grill ran out of propane and had a new one delivered the next day. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home close to beach!

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was adorable. Very will decorated for a beach vacation. With how close we were to the beach, we found ourselves going multiple times a day. We were also close to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. Working with the host was a breeze. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful cottage minutes from the beach

The cottage is a quick walk to the beach, easily manageable for 4 kids ages 5 to 11. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking in. Convenient on site laundry. The beds were comfortable and the fluffy bath towels were a plus. We especially enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened porch.

The Perfect Spot

This was our favorite property we have ever rented on Kiawah Island! The location couldn’t be better, quite neighborhood, 1 block from the beach. Very accessible. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely rent again!

Good sound place and location.

Suited our needs perfectly. 3 bedrooms with a kithchen/den room for refreshments and tv chilling. Secluded with a view of marsh creek behind us and an easy short walk to the beach. Beautiful beach down here!!!!

Great weekend!

Our trip was great and the house was perfect. We had some storms one day so we were allowed a late Sunday checkout and very much appreciate the owner's willingness to work with us on that! The property is as described. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had many items that were needed to cook basic meals. We would stay there again!

Hidden Gem Close to Beach

Home was as advertised for a great price. Within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach nestled within a beautiful residential area. Easy in and out keyless access and the ownership communication was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely come back!

Secluded Spontaneity

The Cottage was unexpected secluded and tranquil for our spontaneous vacation stay at Kiawah Island. 3 minute (or less) walk from the front door to the beach and in the middle of the resort with access to all the bike paths was priceless. The interior spaces, bathrooms, and linens were super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Many thanks to Samantha for prompt reply's to our questions and use of your property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back in the future.

Ideal place to stay

Can't ask for a better place to stay on Kiawah. The walk to the beach was maybe ten minutes at a 5 year old's pace and the section of beach where you come out is pretty sparsely occupied. Most days there were only two or three other groups on the beach. (We're pretty pale, so we tended to avoid the beach in the middle of the day. So there might be more then.) The house was lovely with all the amenities you could hope for. The only challenge was keeping it clean. Everything is white! But the solution to that was keeping our boys at the beach until they were exhausted so they slept most of the time they were in the house.

Great location

Super cute beach bungalow!

We stayed at West Beach for the recent Kiawah Marathon and had a great time! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a convenient walk to and from the start/finish line. It was also a really short walk to the beach. Samantha was accommodating & I highly recommend staying at this location
