It has a very versatile layout -- 2 queen bedrooms,, its own eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom, living room and balcony and the same layout upstairs! Rent one level or 2! From this house, we have beach access, and an outdoor terrace, with all new furniture, brand new Anderson windows and sliding glass doors, custom cabinets, GE kitchen appliances, central air, satellite TV with 50" screens in the living room and 32" in each bedroom, gas grill, WiFi, brand new furniture, a back-up generator which powers the entire house, and an outdoor shower for coming off the beach. If your group includes surfers, note that we are located on the best surf spots in Rincon. We carefully built this home for the discriminating traveler based on our knowledge of Rincon and our 14 years of renting Tres Amigos 1 (see our reviews on VRBO # 331242). Located in the Ensenada ward of Rincon you are basically 1 mile from everything and walking distance to Calypso Cafe, the Bohio, the Lighthouse, Dogman's Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Beach and all the amazing attractions Rincon has to offer.
