Great place for a family

We stayed here while visiting my parents for a week with our two young children. We mostly used it as a place to sleep but it was clean and quiet and on a nice street, very centrally located and close to the beach and stores! Would stay again!

It was a great space. Very roomy, Very clean, very well appointed.

Very clean, very well appointed. We love the location it made it very easy to go to whatever place we chose. Very easy to get to the beach. Love the screened in porch. It was just an overall very very good experience. Hope to come again.

Clean with plenty of space

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean. It had enough space with several couches and dining tables. 2 bathrooms was nice. I'd suggest there be night lights available or else bring some if your family needs them. Thanks!

Great property for a family

My husband and his two brothers with their wives stayed in the house for a few days. It was perfect for us. Very comfortable with spacious dining and family rooms where we could hang out together. The only thing I recommend is maybe some basic condiments and kitchen supplies for those who like to cook and eat in and potentially more bathroom essentials such as shower gel, shampoo. What was provided was not enough for six people. But overall, it is a great stay.

Short Vero Beach getaway

We spent two weeks at this house. It was everything that we expected. The home was as advertised ... very clean and comfortable. The manager Amanda was very attentive to our questions. She responded quickly each time we emailed her. Since this was our first stay in Vero Beach, we didn't know anything about locations. This location turned out to be well above expectations ... very quiet dead end street. But close to main through highways. Overall, we had a great stay. Recommended!!

Overall a decent property. There were issues that were resolved. The property manager took care of most of them. Two bathrooms. One with tub that was badly worn n stained There’s only one TV in for the large house. Microwave vent fan n light over stove does It was replaced with a small table microwave. Manager did bring over new pots and pans with kitchen tool set. . No bowls to make salads or mix anything in. No cookie sheet, there is a small countertop barbecue grill in garage that you have to get on the floor to use outside. Beds, furniture were comfortable. It was nice having a separate kitchen table and dining room table. Neighborhood was quiet n safe. The fees for ckeaning were $160 were high compared to other vrbo I’ve stayed at. I felt things could have been cleaner in kitchen cupboards Felt it’s wrong to require guests to pay fee for insurance. It should be refundable. Overall it’s a nice property for a large family.

The host was very attentive! The garage worked out very nicely as its almost impossible to find one! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Near a Publix and shopping. The house is just Ok definitely not Excellent. Its an older home but affordable.
