Great stay! Loved the location. Easy to take a lunch break and get back out on the slopes quickly. Just a quick few steps to the Gondola. Enjoyed our stay!
Great location, good service and communication. Very clean and well-maintained. Overall extremely positive experience.

We are so glad you guys enjoyed your stay! Thanks for taking the time to review. It was a pleasure to host you guys and we would welcome you all back anytime :)
Convenient location with walk-out access and across the street from the gondola. The management company did a nice job communicating that the hot tubs were out of commission due to construction and reimbursed us for use of the Community Center in Fraser, which had a nice hot tub, pool, sauna set up. Would definitely stay again!
We loved the hot tub and the condo was nicely stocked with all our needs. The parking situation was a pain and very dirty bc of the workers in there. So dirty. Our only complaint w the condo is the bed was so soft and hurt our backs and the carpet needs to be replaced Thank you

Thanks Kris for taking time to leave a review. Bummer that it was a 3 star due to parking situation. We unfortunately don't manage the parking garage so there isn't much we can do about that, but we will definitely let the HOA know about your feedback. Thanks for staying with us.
We absolutely LOVED this condo! We were able to park right next to the condo in a covered lot. This made for easy unpacking and packing. The condo had its own entrance so we could walk right out to the slopes without going up or down an elevator. It has a great view of the mountain! It’s perfect!
Small but convenient for a ski getaway. Everything you need to walk to the slopes and be able to walk back and unwind in the hot tub at the end of the day. I was concerned there was no oven, but the microwave is also a convection oven and we were able to make our meals at the condo with no issues and cook mac and cheese on the stove for the kids. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall we had a wonderful experience.

TV not working (Jake was great to fix it the next day). Only one washcloth for two people for 4 days. We took off our shoes as requested, but my white slippers were black on the soles at the end of our stay. Dishwasher had standing, stale water. No instruction sheets for operating TVs or thermostat. Staff help for issues only available 9 to 5 - not when you are having the problems. They were helpful after they received your message. Overall, a bit disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit.

Hi Glenda, thank you for taking time to leave a review. When we came and fixed the TV, we were able to bring you guys some washcloths and we apologize for those not being there right at arrival. We have talked to the cleaning team about this issue to make sure it doesn't happen again. Our staff is available to help fix any issues from 9-5 and if it is an emergency like no heat during winter season or no hot water or major leaks we will send someone into the field. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed for the cleanliness, we hold our cleaners to a high standard. Thanks for staying with us.
The building location was great - a short walk to gondola. There were ski lockers for your skis. Parking was extra and expensive. The hot tub was continuously closed in our building - no reason given & a complaint of many staying there - it appeared fine and is probably just for management's convenience. So we had to hike and share a tub with building next door - this was not appreciated, nor Covid friendly. The pullout bed is ok - not great but comfortable enough for a few nights. The shower was hot and strong. Some maintenance needed completed- broken refrigerator door tray, frost buildup in fridge (water would drip out) and a broken light - all management were aware of and were "going to fix." The condo is small but nice and had all necessary kitchen needs and linens. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location, but disappointing experience
We love the location of this unit. It is a 5 minute walk to the Gondola, which is why we have stayed at the Frasier Crossing condos often before. However, we will not rent this unit again. First, the mattress needs to be replaced, it was worn out. Second, while a kitchen can never be stocked with everything you might want, I think it’s reasonable to expect that it would have both a cutting board and a wine opener. We eventually got a cutting board when we asked for it, but never got a wine opener.
Finally, we could never get the main channels (except for NBC) on the TV in the main room. Upon getting no response from the owner, my husband spent an hour on the phone with Comcast trying to figure it out, to no avail. While you could access a large number of cable channels and (to their credit) Netflix, we had to watch the main channels from the bedroom.
The owner eventually got back to us but his responses were not helpful. I felt that this was not like other VRBO experiences where they actually care if you come back.
I generally do not write negative reviews, which tells you how disappointed we were in this particular experience.

Thanks for taking the time to review our property. The cutting board was delivered within minutes of you reporting to us that there wasn't one in the condo. I'm sorry the bed wasn't to your satisfaction, everyone likes different mattress firmness, and we've had zero complaints from any other guests. We hope your next experience is more to your satisfaction.
Everything was great except for the beds. They were uncomfortable. King size bed was too soft and pull out couch was too hard.

Thank you Rachelle for taking the the time to review our condo. Beds are very tricky in that some people love soft beds, hard beds and everywhere in between. Again, thank you for taking the time to review and staying at our condo. Safe travels!
Easy to find if you follow the given directions & the clearly marked signs. Although I wouldn’t call the carpet ‘new’ is totally fine. Best Location Ever!! Condo is right outside the garage door to the right & it’s also a straight shot to the gondola, no walking in hallways or lobbies or anywhere public or crowded (fantastic for Rona times), just walk right down the outside steps, across the road, over a little foot bridge and within 4 mins...you’re at the gondola! I didn’t particularly like paying to park but I knew it going in & it is what it is. Perfect location, clean, neat, easy communication with owner, I would definitely stay here again.
Traveling during the time of COVID certainly has been interesting. Having this ski-in/ski-out available allowed us to have lunch between runs, while not have to lug a bunch of snow gear everywhere. It was difficult at first to locate the condo as it's off on it's own entrance/exit, but that made it even nicer. And the tub was great!
Just a bit cumbersome to find the unit in that the unit is not off of the building's main hallway. Carpet needs to be replaced; it is dirty, dingy, and has slack to it that could cause a person to trip. Everything else was acceptable.

Hi Eric,
We’re sorry to hear that the hot tub situation impacted your stay, though we do want to clarify a few things. Our listing clearly states that the hot tub is under construction and is managed by the HOA, not us—meaning we have absolutely no control over its status. While we’d love to magically fix it for you, unfortunately, that’s out of our hands. We always encourage guests to review the listing details before booking to ensure expectations align with the experience. That said, we hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable.
