You'll feel right at home by the hearth of this updated condo. You'll be on the slopes in two bus stops with pickup just outside. On Main Street, across from Cooper Creek and the Rendezvous Event Center, the town awaits. Host family style feasts with the fully equipped kitchen and dine up to nine. Relax on the huge couch by the big screen digital cable TV with streaming services, on the deck and in the hot tubs. Decadent Cal King bed in master. Plus a ski locker for your gear.
The space
This is troublesome, all Winter Park is a short walk out the door but you won't want to leave. From the huge, comfy couch in front of the gas fireplace and TV, to the great view out the windows to the deck looking out to the Continental Divide, to the hot tubs down the hall and the fully stocked kitchen with seating up to nine, to the huge California King bed. From the underground parking with elevator to the unit, you won't need to use your car again, the town's free shuttle service picks you up from the front of the building takes you through town and to the ski resort.
Guest access
You may use all the space in the unit plus the hot tub room, underground parking and building laundry room. In the unit these spaces include the kitchen, den, dining area and bathroom on the main level, the stairs and landing and the master bedroom and bath downstairs.
Other things to note
Please keep the keys to the unit on your person as they provide access to the building from the outside and the hot tub room. Message me on the app if you happen to lock yourself out, I can readily help....
