Cozy seafront house on Cabeçudas Beach! 5 minutes from BC

Holiday Apartment Quinta do Alentejo is located in front of Cabeçudas Beach, in Itajaí-SC, the first beach resort of Santa Catarina.
The house has 6 suites, accommodating up to 15 people comfortably.
There is a living room with a games table, combined with a dining room. There is also a TV room, equipped with LED SmartTV connected to the Internet by WiFi with 35Mbps speed, and with Sky satellite TV with HD channels.
The kitchen is very large, with a granite table with 8 chairs. It is fully equipped with stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, two freezer refrigerators, a freezer, an activated carbon water filter, electric oven, crockery, cookware, cutlery, etc.
The barbecue area is very large, containing 5 tables with 20 chairs, and 6 bench chairs. We provide skewers and grill.
The pool has two depths: one with one meter and one with 1.5 meters, ideal for children to play.
The garage holds up to 10 medium cars.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
