Ingrese a esta espaciosa casa adosada de tres niveles a un vestíbulo con bancos para sentarse y quitar la vajilla exterior. A través del vestíbulo y a la derecha hay un pasillo que conduce a un medio baño y el armario de la lavandería con lavadora / secadora apiladas, pero continúa directamente hacia las áreas de sala, comedor y cocina, así como hacia la puerta de la terraza trasera. El salón ofrece dos sofás, una chimenea de leña y TV de pantalla plana. La cocina completa incluye microondas y lavavajillas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis con cuatro taburetes más cerca en el mostrador de la cocina. Además, hay una unidad dividida de aire acondicionado en el comedor para enfriar este nivel de la casa.

Desde la sala de estar, diríjase hacia abajo a una segunda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, dos dormitorios y un baño compartido completo. El dormitorio a la derecha tiene dos juegos de literas, mientras que el dormitorio a la izquierda ofrece una cama queen. El baño completo está convenientemente ubicado entre las habitaciones.

Viaje de regreso al nivel de entrada principal y suba las escaleras para encontrar dos dormitorios adicionales, cada uno con su propio baño privado y aire acondicionado. El dormitorio principal a la derecha tiene una cama queen. El último dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales.

Great Family Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is exceptional! The entire family enjoyed the experience. The rental was very clean and comfortable. There were 6 adults, our infant granddaughter, and two dogs. We hiked almost every day ( the weather was very warm for late October)! We ventured to the new aquarium next to Storyland ( great place to visit). We enjoyed the indoor pool and ping pong room at the resort. We enjoyed dinner at One Love Brewery ( large portions and very tasty)! We cooked at the condo and my one complaint is that there is not a cookie sheet ( I had enough forethought to bring one). Thank you to Linda from Loon Reservation Service, she is a real treasure! Very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend her!! We will definitely be returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and as described. However the kitchen was lacking in basic equipment for a space that sleeps10. We contacted the management company and they quickly resolved the first of a fry pan. As we enjoy cooking and we were a small group we made do. The area is gorgeous, and very quiet during our stay. The pools were refreshing and although we didn't use it the exercise room looked nice.The club house also offers games, puzzles and books to borrow.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the kids, and the living area was cozy and inviting for relaxing evenings after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio area, where we could enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful mountain views.Loon Reservation Service was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They provided us with detailed information about the area, suggesting local attractions and activities that were perfect for a family vacation. We loved the nearby hiking trails, and the river activities. The location was ideal, offering the peace and tranquility of the mountains while still being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions.One of the highlights of our stay was how close we were to Loon Mountain. Worked for our last minute needs

We had a small issue of not getting the lockbox code via email due to not having service, but we were able to call and get it easily from the office. We booked pretty last minute so it was too big for our needs, but nice to have the space. It did have a musty smell, especially the lower basement level though we didnt need it. I wouldn't sleep down there or want anyone else to if we had needed the space. Everything was clean,instructions were clear. I do wish we had gotten 2 keys and that there were some homey touches as it felt very sparce.Overall it worked extremely well for our needs

Location is great, lots of room for big families or friend group. Unit is mostly mid 1980s fell and could use an update but its clean and functional.

Very good except the hot water heater wasn’t working

Family Getaway

Property was wonderful, we loved how close we were to Loon Mountain, river, and shops. On the second day of our stay, we noticed late at night we didn't have hot water, the property manager was quick to respond and offered alternative resources until the problem was fixed. Water heating company came by first thing in the morning next day. We were very impressed and happy on how quickly the problem was addressed. Planning to go back again in wintertime and will recommend 100%!

Great Location in the Mountains

Perfect location for enjoying the mountains and lots of room for 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 dogs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the condo had a slight musty/cleaning chemical smell, and the pool/fitness area had to be closed early because it didn't have enough staff the nights we were there. Overall though, I would recommend it for a nice mountain getaway.

Four Generations Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great bonding family vacation at Forest Ridge. My Daughter, Granddaughter and two Great Grandsons, and our 2 chihuahuas were able to really relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the White Mountains even though it rained every day. We made the best of it by just being together and laughing and making beautiful memories. I've been coming up to the White Mountains for the last 50 years. It's the one place we can truly relax and find peace. It was great to see how happy my daughter and her daughter were to see my Great Grandsons enjoying the same things they used to do when they were the boys' ages. We went to Clark's Trading Post and had a great time. We also went to Story Land and the Squam Lakes Science Center. Again, both days were downpours, but it didn't matter because we were all together and had so many laughs. This wouldn't have been possible in a cramped hotel room. It was nice to each have our own separate bedrooms and to be able to cook our meals and relax, instead of rushing out to a restaurant for every meal. We did enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Flap Jacks. The food was delicious and the boys loved the little train that circled the entire restaurant. We hope to be able to rent the same unit again either this Summer or in the Fall. The boys really looked forward to swimming in the indoor pool every day after spending the days outside. The Loon Reservation staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything

The pools were great for relaxing after strenuous days at the Flume and Loon Mountain. There were six of us ranging in age from six to seniors. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed except a griddle pan. Make sure you bring beach towels and a griddle!

Overall it was fine, however the bathrooms could use grab bars and something in the bottom of the tub. It was very slippery. We had to put a hand towel down.

Great location. Quiet area. Smoke space for 9 of us (8 adults and 1 child). Large unit.

Easy to rent. Loon reservation services was very responsive. Smooth transaction with all necessary details provided. Just Wish they could have fixed our broken TV.

Excellent Unit. A Great Deal of Room. Good Location

Overall impression was very good. A very minor complaint was that there was no outdoor grill, and no outdoor seating areas at the unit. It is hard to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on a stove top. Maybe, they can not have this for insurance purposes. If I had known, I would have brought a small propane stove I have at home.

Given the pandemic - the place was ideal , with no contact whatsoever with any individual . The kitchen was well utilized by us and had enough dishes , pots and pans.
