Exclusiva casa adosada con piscina privada climatizada en excelente ubicación. Encuéntrese a la vuelta de la esquina del pueblo de Siesta Key y camine a pie o en bicicleta hasta la playa de Siesta Key. Situada en una calle tranquila con un paisaje exuberante, esta casa de la ciudad puede alojar hasta 6 personas.

En el primer piso encontrará una habitación familiar con chimenea eléctrica, cómodos sofás y TV con sonido envolvente. La zona perfecta para disfrutar de una noche de cine familiar. La cocina está totalmente equipada para manejar casi cualquier necesidad de cocina y está abierta a la sala de estar / comedor del primer piso. A través de la parte trasera, puede salir al patio y al área de la piscina privada, ideal para tomar el sol de Florida.

Al subir al segundo piso, encontrará una sala de estar adicional con vista a la sala familiar y al segundo dormitorio con cama queen size. Solo otro medio piso más arriba, se encuentra la suite principal amueblada con cama de matrimonio y baño privado. Ambas habitaciones, sala de estar y sala familiar tienen TV e internet inalámbrico está disponible en toda la propiedad.

Great get away!

Great location - ended up being much closer to beach and restaurants than we had thought. Kids had a great time swimming in the pool.

Dishwasher very noisy and not sure it got the dishes clean. We washed them by hand.Had to buy batteries for the tv remotes and it would have been nice to have directions on how each tv worked.Loved the location of the rental!

This place was beautiful and the location was PERFECT. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. (A pizza cutter and some chip clips would be have been nice to have.) Our biggest complaint was that it is advertised as having a heated pool but you have to pay extra for them to turn the heat on. We did that and three days later the pool water had not warmed up at all. Overall, this is a GREAT place and we would absolutely stay here again!

Pool heating is optional and additional charge is stated in the listing description. Typically guests request heating prior to arrival so that we can ensure that it is already heated for their arrival. Additionally, it was extremely cold the week of your stay which is why it took an abnormal amount of time to heat. This is not normally the case.

Siesta getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked last minute and thought it was great. Great location to restaurants and shops. Only thing that could improve would be beach chairs and wagon. Other than that overall great stay for our family !

Overall a good stay. Walking distance to the beaches, pool is nice, it’s in a quiet area but close to restaurants. Couple of minor things that the property manager needs to fix to make it a better experience: Master bathroom needs the shower head replaced, it’s leaking quite a bit and has poor water pressure. Second bathroom had a swarm of termites, which eventually died off but rendered the shower useless. Host said it’s common but still gross.Check in was a bit of a hassle. The host required us to contact him outside of the app & sign a separate contract which pretty sure VRBO doesn’t want to happen, but once I reached out and signed things we got the check-in info. Didn’t hear from the host until I reached out a couple of hours before we were supposed to arrive & was told we had to sign a separate agreement even after we already paid for our stay. Would still recommend others to stay there, but would prefer the host to stick to the app. Townhouse is clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked.

Look no further

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation in Siesta Key. Neat, clean, well decorated, a pool, gas grill, all the amenities you needed. Additionally, the village was a couple of blocks away with excellent restaurants and shopping, and the best beaches in the US were also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Siesta

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay! Very clean. Amenities perfect.. beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to carry it all! Only 10 minute walk to the beach. Minutes to village. Ideal location! The pool was perfect for relaxing away from the beach. Would have liked a sleeper sofa on 2nd level versus 1st floor living room but all good! 100percent recommend!

Great location, excellent property

This was third time we rented this property and we like it. Cleanliness, management and property are excellent. There are some things to improve: more bath towels, more glasses and coffee mugs. Beach equipment is in bad shape, only two worn out chairs and broken sun umbrellas. If all this is replaced or improved, it would be full five star property.

The kitchen suffers from a lack of attention and poor appliances. The refrigerator has a series of door shelves that are cracked or broken. The dishwasher is a discount model that barely works. There were no kitchen scissors (shears) and the knives were appallingly dull. The tableware was an odd assortment.The living area is dark - poorly lit. It has no coffee table - only a couple of side tables, so there is no place to gather and enjoy a game. There is a TV in just about every room, if that is what you are wanting.We had the distinct sense that the owner of this property is just milking the location for all it is worth, without having much interest is making the place work well for visitors.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well appointed and spacious home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Siesta Village and the beach. The convenience of the location, not to mention the private pool, made for a memorable vacation. The only negative is that there are only two chaise lounges for use around the pool. We used our beach chairs for added seating.

Amazing!

Just as described. Close to beach access #2 and to village. Property was immaculate (including the pool which is always an issue with rentals). We really enjoyed it and will likely return! Since nothing is perfect, the washing machine is very corroded and I was fearful of cutting my hands with it, owners should consider a replacement. But this is a very minor thing that would not prevent me from returning. Keep it up!

A beautiful townhome close to everything

Our family stayed at this property in June 2023, it was our third visit to Siesta Key and we've stayed in a different place each time. This townhome has everything you could want: plenty of room, nice furniture, an updated kitchen and our kids definitely loved the private pool! It's not huge, but the water is pleasantly warm. The village is literally steps away, it only takes a couple of minutes and you're in the middle of shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further, but still about 10 minutes or less by foot. There were chairs and other beach items in the garage, as well as a nice wagon which was very helpful getting to the beach. We love going to Siesta Key, it's one of our favorite beaches. We have no complaints about this property, and would stay there again.

Another fantastic property from RSK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used RSK several times now and would use no other agent for SK properties. Having actually stayed in the adjoining property before ( booked through RSK) we were familiar with the local area. The house is situated in a quiet street located of Ocean Blvd and only a short walk takes you to the beach,eateries and supermarket. The property itself is well emaculate and well kitted out with all you need for your vacation. Small pool but more than big enough for family fun.The only negative thing is the decor , it is quite drab and no disrespect to the owners it is dated and needs brightened up , also the TVs could do with updating. However , this would not stop us staying there again as the house is so comfortable , clean and in a fantastic location.
