We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well-equipped home. It’s walking distance to the beach and in an all-around good location. The host was very easy to work with as well.

Marian was an excellent host. She cares about the property and makes sure you have a tip top stay. The place has everything you need for a great time with your family, and it is a nice beautiful beach house.

Large bedrooms with nice beds and furnishings. Great for a group. Two parking spaces and street parking. :) kitchen had all the stuff needed and nice quality

Terrific home! Great light in the front areas, with bedrooms located in the quiet peaceful areas in the back. Perfect for napping! Also nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We all had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip back.

Stay was located in a great spot near the beach with access to plenty of nearby places to eat and activities. The house was clean and had all the amenities our group required and was beautiful!

Great location, very clean and well stocked. Only issue was not enough kitchen towels for our length of stay. But overall, I highly recommend it!

This is our second stay at this location. Miriam, the owner, has been fabulous each time we have used her house. The house is very clean, straight forward and adequate for our small family of 4. Since our son goes to UCSC we visit him quite often and we like to use VRBO for stays longer than 2-nights. We look forward to revisiting this location again in the upcoming school year.

We had a great stay! House was well equipped with just about everything we needed. Location was excellent.Stairs were a bit inconvenient, but we knew about them in advance. Contacted host and received excellent response.

Great spot! House was clean and spacious with great natural light in the afternoon but cool and dark in the morning. Kids room was a good touch! The listing doesn't tell you but there are 2 pack n plays as well. Perfect waking distance to nearly everything -- coffee, restaurants, beach, boardwalk. Lots of street parking but we didn't need it.

Overall great, beautiful home, pool table was a hit.Would not recommend for elderly or anyone with difficulty with stairs. Shoes not allowed in home, stairs were slippery and without a traditional hand rail. My parents are in their eighties and we did not feel comfortable.

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed this house. It was really clean and comfortable. It was fitted with everything we needed. Also, the location was perfect, just a block away from the beach. We had a wonderful time visiting with family, who all live close by. It was a lovely stay!

Wonderful stay!

This is our second stay at this wonderful Seabright property. The home is very clean, wonderfully equipped and very close to the beach. It’s a great family vacation beach home, and the property manager was excellent with a few minor issues. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with 5 teenagers and it was perfect! We walked down to Boardwalk Bowl the first night, the next day we visited Seabright Beach, which is just down the street. There’s also a deli and burger joint super close by too. Great location for parking your car and enjoying the sea breeze. Plus the kids could spend time playing billiards or watching movies whenever we were home. Would definitely stay again.
