New in 2018--an exciting renovation with new furnishings and decor! Away from the hustle and bustle of Scenic 30A, yet directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in Seagrove Beach, you’ll find “It’s All Good”. With private heated pool and excellent views of the lake, beach and Gulf, this home is in a perfect location for your quiet family get-away, while just a short drive from all Scenic 30A has to offer. Sleeping up to 12 guests and just 100 yards to our famous sugar white sand beaches and Caribbean colored Gulf of Mexico, It’s All Good has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and living areas for both the grown-ups and the kiddies.

The first floor of the home features a 1-car garage and interior entrance leading into the tiled hallway which takes you straight out to the fenced private pool area. On the left of the hallway, you’ll find the staircase leading to the upper floors and a shared full bathroom with tub / shower. To the right of the hallway is a bunk bedroom, featuring two built-in bunks (4 twins), an entertainment center which holds a huge LCD TV and a Blu-Ray player.

The 2nd floor is your entrance into the home. Large open porch with Adirondack rockers as well as a comfortable cushioned seating arrangement looks toward the Gulf with beach and dune views. Enter the front door and walk into the comfortable, open living area with wood floors. Large living room features 2 separate seating areas: one which includes a large screen LCD TV and Blu-Ray player, the other a perfect conversation area ideal for reading or mixing a drink at the wet bar that includes a sink, icemaker and wine fridge. The dining area holds a long wooden table seating 8-10. The completely renovated kitchen offers beautiful quartz surfaces, electric range, dishwasher, microwave and side-by-side fridge with in-door water and ice dispenser. The breakfast bar offers additional seating for 6. Follow the hallway to the rear balcony with Adirondack seating which overlooks the pool and lake. A full bathroom with tub / shower and dual sink vanity is in the hallway, which is shared by two bedrooms. The first king bedroom has a ceiling fan, closet and dresser holding a large LCD TV and Blu-Ray player. The second king guest bedroom also has a large LCD TV and Blu-Ray player, bedside tables and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan and closet. Both bedrooms continue the wood flooring and have windows overlooking the pool and lake.

The 3rd floor features a split-bedroom plan with the washer / dryer closet and a wet bar with sink, mini-fridge and wine cooler in the middle and hallway leading to each room. The queen bedroom has a private tiled bath with tub / shower, closet, ceiling fan, large LCD TV, Blu-Ray player, bedside tables and private balcony with Adirondack seating overlooking the pool and lake. The master suite features a large tiled bathroom with soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. Huge walk-in closet is large enough for a pack-n-play. The master holds king bed, bedside tables and lamps, chaise lounge, overstuffed chair with ottoman, ceiling fan, dresser with large LCD TV and Blu-Ray player. Private balcony with comfortable seating looks toward the Gulf with beach and dune views.

Outside: Private heated pool* (fees apply for heating) surrounded by concrete decking and multiple loungers, chairs, dining tables and side tables and gas grill. Private pavered walkway leads to the shoreline of the lake. Ample parking for 5 cars: 1 in the garage, plus 4 more in the two paved drives.

*Please note that the pool heater is an electric heater, which cannot be operated should temperatures fall below 50 degrees.
