Great location - walking distance from Seaside (5 min) and direct beach access across the street. Great house layout for 2 families with kids. Pool is more of a “plunge pool” but it was well received by kiddos. Privacy appreciated by mature landscaping keeping 30a quiet. Well appointed kitchen and grill was being replaced as we checked out. Perfect for our vacation.

We have booked our 30A trip through RD 5 or 6 times now and every single home we’ve stayed in was top notch. They also have a very attentive and detail oriented staff that was quite helpful. Would definitely recommend this house!

Spring break 2018

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place and location. We had maintenance visit 4 out of 6 days. There were TV issues, the pool was out of service for 2 days ( which we had to pay an extra $180 to have the heat turned on - this should be included with the rental price) and the freezer stopped working. All the issues were solved however a bit inconvenient. I would suggest some instructions for TV remotes and an overall information sheet - location of sheets for fold out bed - we found them but it took some time. I think more supplies should be on hand - ie more than 2 trash bags for a whole week, other rental agencies we have used at Seaside have provided a daily maid service - not so much cleaning but change of towels and trash pick up.

Our Maintenance Staff addressed all issues immediately upon receiving notification of any issues you were having during your stay. Although, there can be maintenance issues that may occur, we at Royal Destinations will do everything possible to ensure you're not disturbed, so as we can address everything in a timely manner. We provide 24/7 services if you have any questions or concerns about our homes. We provide our guests with "starter supplies" until guests can go shopping for items they wish to purchase. Other items, pool heat charges, it's listed within the description of the home and any additional information is provided within the information packet provided at check in and within our downloadable app. We appreciate your review and happy you enjoyed our home.

Excellent Home and Location!!

This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at the designated checkin time (5:00), which we would have understood as it is a massive home that required extensive cleaning. Clearly the cleaning crew was working hard to get done but the problem was that we had no warning of the unavailability of the home from management and had elderly family and an infant waiting outside the home in the heat. Would have been nice to have a heads up that the house wasn’t finished so they could have made arrangements to wait elsewhere until the home was available. On top of that we had multiple calls with no response or explanation until 45 minutes after the checkin time. So, I’m summary, this place is excellent, top notch really! Nicest place I’ve ever seen. Just make sure you reach the management on checkin day to make sure the home is ready before you arrive. We know that now and would have no problem renting here again!!

Stunning Home & Excellent Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 30A Mojo is a beautifully appointed with plenty of room for my family to spread out. I had my grown children and their spouses and 2 young children for a total of 12 people and we were all very comfortable. The location is excellent, we could walk to Seaside in less than 10 minutes or ride the bikes in less than a couple minutes. The beach access is literally right across 30A, the only thing better would have been to be ocean front. The entire town is pedestrian friendly and it is easy to cross the street. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, the common spaces were accommodating for all of us to hang out. The management was very quick to answer any questions and help us out. The only thing I would keep in mind when renting this house is that one of the 2 bedrooms on the third floor does not have its own bath. It does state this in the description. My daughter and her spouse had to shower in the common access full bath which was on the 1st floor and serves primarily the bunk room. It was fine but it was a little inconvenient. It would not keep me from renting this house again but I would rethink sleeping arrangements prior to getting there and assign the rooms properly. For example I would give that room to children and their parents could go in the other 3rd floor bedroom and they could share the bathroom in that bedroom. Overall I was happy with our stay!

Absolutely cannot be the location and luxury of this home!

The space was gorgeous, and more room that we needed as a family of 5 but it was nice to spread out! The home desperately needed some "user manual" type information available inside once we arrived, and the landscaping is quite...a lot. Unlike surrounding properties it was quite overgrown and limited our views. Would absolutely stay & work with Royal Destinations again!

The house was incredible and all of our contacts with management staff was very positive. My only suggestion would be to work out something so the guest can use the elevator. It is a lot of steps to carry your luggage up to the third floor. But even so we had a great time!

Pet Hair

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a wonderful few days at Compass Point I. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found the right property. The view was spectacular, everything was clean and up to date, and the private beach was just a few steps along the boardwalk. Our dog, Layla, bounced around like she had lived there for years. We will definitely be back, and will want this unit at Compass Point I again. The staff at Royal Beach was so professional and a pleasure to work with. Very comfortable and Royal Beach Rentals was great to work with. They even had treats for my two small dogs traveling with me! The pups loved them. Overall, would rent again. Compass point 1-405

Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent four days at Compass point and enjoyed every minute. Had a few things that needed attention, but the staff was right there to correct them. A few suggestions: upgraded T.V, at least in main living area; shelf in the shower to put your "stuff" on instead of having to keep it on the floor. These are things the owner should do and has nothing to do with the management company. This was our third year staying at Compass Point 1-405 and we will be back next year. The management company could not have been more professional; plus, they were very nice and made every effort to make our stay a pleasant one. We look forward to returning. The view from the condo is spectacular!
