Great place

Great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood and location. We have stayed in this location for the past 4 years and this is by far the best place. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Townhouse!

We really loved our three-week stay here! The condo was very clean, it was a quite neighborhood, and was very well-stocked (thanks to the Owner and past renters)! Close to many of the Phoenix mountain parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. 15-20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. We enjoyed the back patio quite a bit during our stay. Communication with the Owner was almost instantaneous! Enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Townhouse

We really loved our three-week stay here! The condo was very clean, it was a quite neighborhood, and was very well-stocked (thanks to the Owner and past renters)! Lovely little townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming townhouse. It was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The patio and backyard are comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was perfect for us, being close to hiking and grocery stores, and just a short drive to dining and other activities. Our host was readily available and answered our questions promptly. We liked it so much we reserved it for next year.

Lovely townhouse

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfy townhouse. Everything was spotless on our arrival, and the host was very responsive to our questions. The cozy patio is a great place to relax, and having our own grill was great. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to shopping, hiking and dining. All in all a great place to be.

Great Place

Very nice spot!! Clean and comfortable. TV was a bit of a challenge for those of us that only have network. But we were there to visit family, so not a priority. Would definitely stay again!

Spied On

Our stay started off ok. The place was cute but visibly dirty. We were only in town to move our daughter out of college. We got help moving from her friend who has a trained service dog with certification and who also live on campus. Within 2 hours of her and her dog coming to eat with us during a break from Moving, the host calls and yells at my husband to “GET THE DOG OUT AND YOU KNOW THE RULES!” He tried to explain to her and she wouldn’t hear it and she said she saw it on the RING. Quick note….she doesn’t have a RING or any kind of door camera. We quickly Realized she has hidden cameras and that’s illegal! It really broke my heart and pissed me off that my daughters roommate couldn’t help us and enjoy their last weekend together before summer so here’s the truth about the place…hidden cameras, it hadn’t been dusted in likely months, the internet didn’t work consistently, the smart tvs would not allow you to log into apps and if it did it would freeze constantly, we were forced to use our phone hotspots for our iPads and computers and couldn’t watch tv, the showers had mold, the toilets had old poop and mold under the seat, and the blankets smelled dirty and musty, Thankfully we used our daughters from her apartment at school. Even the cot smelled musty, and AGAIN…..SHE HAS HIDDEN CAMERAS. I would’ve overlooked it all but when she ruined our time by spying I decided to tell the truth.

Peaceful condo in quiet neighborhood

Condo was comfortable with all the amenities needed. Quiet back patio and rock landscaped yard with places to sit and relax. Very peaceful home. Condo is in walking distance to a beautiful mountain park with lots of trails and a great view of the city. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

House is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you need. Neighborhood is quiet and close to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and points North. Backyard is quiet, nicely landscaped and a great place to unwind. The main TV does not have traditional channels but plenty of apps for viewing. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The home is clean and very nicely decorated. Kitchen has everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and conveniently located to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and points North. The backyard and patio are very nice and a great place to unwind. The main TV does not have traditional cable or channels but plenty of apps to choose from for viewing. Would definitely look to stay here if we venture back to the Phoenix area.

Medium review………

Our stay was at best, a medium review. We found the townhome pretty clean and fairly well outfitted. Good towels. We appreciated the washer/dryer for our longer stay. A lightbulb burned out in one of the lamps—-no replacements. The worst part were the beds. The bedroom with the TV had a very noisy bed, it was an IKEA mattress with a foam topper and woke you up with every turn. We had to sleep in the other bedroom (IKEA mattress)but watch TV in the noisy bed. Very inconvenient. The sheets were thin and disappointing as well. The TVs were new but hard to use with the streaming service. The living room TV constantly had to be rebooted.

This property was clean and nicely decorated. The master bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and Charla responded quickly to questions. I would stay here again.
