We will stay again! Absolutely love the place. Love the host. Love the views and the ease of access. Two minor suggestions: 1. replace the current toilet. No one should have to hold the handle down for several seconds for it to flush properly. Silliness. 2.Talk to HOA and plumber about the water pressure, especially the shower. After a fun day at beach and pool a proper shower, with proper water pressure is desired.

The condo was lovely and clean and easy to access. You could see the ocean from the balcony but it was not right on the ocean and sadly, I wasn't quite able to watch the sunrise comfortably - had to really stretch my neck! It's a great location in Jax Beach! The owner was very responsive to all communications and the condo was neat and comfortable.

Perfect location

We have stayed at the Sandpiper many times and it is a perfect location. This was our first time in this condo and were pleasantly surprised to find that it had been renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay!

This is beach front living.

Right on the beach! Great views of sunrise. This is a perfect spot for a week get away! In walking distance to a lot of awesome food and entertainment in Jax Beach.

Wonderful winter beach getaway

Sandpiper was everything we could want and more for a stay on the beach. Beautiful view from your balcony and steps to the sand in a clean beachside condo. Property manager was super helpful and friendly!

We had a great time staying right on the beach over looking the water. Was very clean and organized. We plan on trying to get this same place every time we come down to FL

Weekend Getaway

Great Condo right on the Beach!

Great Condo right on the beach, with great views and privacy on balcony. The host was very quick to respond and super nice. The Condo was just as pictured, very clean and had everything that we needed! Pool was great too!

Really nice 2B 1B unit

It wasn't ocean front but had great views of ocean and beach. Could hear the ocean! Unit very clean and comfortable. Would book again for sure.

Overall, our stay was olay. The ROKU Firesticks entertainment system was a joke. Updated regular cable should be considered. We had to buy an antenna to watch local news stations. The water pressure in the shower was also practically a drip. And be careful not to get scalded from very HOT water. Otherwise the unit was comfortable and clean. Additionally, outdoor balcony furniture could be Updated. I've stayed here many times in other units and I must say this one wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best either. My advice is to look around other units or even other locations before booking.
