Very Nice Condo

Perfect location

We have stayed at the Sandpiper many times and it is a perfect location. This was our first time in this condo and were pleasantly surprised to find that it had been renovated. It had everything we needed for our stay!

This is beach front living.

Right on the beach! Great views of sunrise. This is a perfect spot for a week get away! In walking distance to a lot of awesome food and entertainment in Jax Beach.

Wonderful winter beach getaway

Sandpiper was everything we could want and more for a stay on the beach. Beautiful view from your balcony and steps to the sand in a clean beachside condo. Property manager was super helpful and friendly!

Great Condo right on the Beach!

Great Condo right on the beach, with great views and privacy on balcony. The host was very quick to respond and super nice. The Condo was just as pictured, very clean and had everything that we needed! Pool was great too!

Really nice 2B 1B unit

It wasn't ocean front but had great views of ocean and beach. Could hear the ocean! Unit very clean and comfortable. Would book again for sure.

Perfect getaway

My son and I had a fabulous time! We had everything we needed (couldn’t find a cheese shredder ) to cook several big meals. It was big enough for us to have our own space, but small and compact, so easy to keep tidy. We loved hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the sunrise, moonrise, surfers, and sunset. Walkable to a lot of great restaurants.

Great location

Wonderful beachfront location - amazing view from the balcony and super easy beach access. Interior of the condo was updated and well maintained, although the exterior of the building needs a little care. Appreciate that the owner was super-responsive to the minor issues that needed to be addressed.

Absolutely Great

We had appointments at Mayo and reserved this place. Great Location. Ocean is just steps away and quick access to Mayo(about 10 minutes). Couldn’t ask for a better stress free place to stay. The property manager is Awesome. Couldn’t ask for better..

Fun and Sun at the beach

Loved the location and quaintness of the unit. Had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Unit was good size for our party of 3. Could have used a cart where the wheels weren’t rusted to help get our luggage and food up to the 4th floor. Manager, Sheila was very helpful. Would love to come back again sometime.

Great place to stay

Wonderful location just steps from the beach. There is an elevator up to the room. This is on the 4th floor. It has a big kitchen area with most things provided. The rooms are only separated by sliding doors but there is adequate room. My only complaint is the mattress are firm and the rooms stay hot/stuffy. Also, it is not staight ocean front but it's better! Because the pool isn't right underneath you. Overall I would stay here again.

Family wedding weekend

Nice job on the interior remodel. The exterior is not as it seems. Updates are needed. The road in front of the building is under construction for 3-4 blocks. Our view of the ocean included a fleet of John Deere heavy equipment. The owner needs to divulge this prior to renting, as driving was also an issue. The sliding patio door was impossible to open, an apparently had been repaired. Great location. Our experience would’ve been much different without the construction.
