House on the banks of the São Francisco River in Serra da Canastra, with three large bedrooms, one of which is a suite, social bathroom, external bathroom, large balcony with barbecue and wood stove, very quiet and pleasant place, ideal for family, with exclusive access the river beach. Excellent place to rest and dive in the crystal clear waters of old Chico. Easy access to Serra and Waterfalls. Very new property. Great location. A real country house in the city.
