Was a great stay. Plenty of room. House is laid out well so everyone could have their own space, but yet be together on the first floor. Very clean. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Austin getaway

Very spacious home with plenty of room for a group. There were a few minor issues upon arrival which the very responsive owner addressed right away. I do think the property management company could have done a better job with cleaning, considering their high fees.

Property was beautiful. House was very clean. Kitchen had all needed utensils and some basic cooking supplies. Property owner's communications were clear and timely and friendly. Very very minor complaint that the light at the front door was not on when I arrived. I had told property Owner I was arriving sooner so partly my fault. Other than that no complaints. I rebooked the following week.

Excellent Host and Communication

This home has lot's of room to spread out and relax. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were a few issues with the inside of the house, a couple of broken items like the Master shower door handle and downstairs toilet paper holder, but nothing that stopped us from being able to use them. Unfortunately there were bed bugs in the Queen bed room and we weren't able to use that room. The host was notified and took care of the issue right away, but the bed mattress was not removed during our stay. The host, Rodel, was amazing with help and communication.

After going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: -We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated our communication. -The whole home has been professionally treated for pests, including spray and heat treatments, and they came back out a month later and re-certified that the home was clear. We also have mattress protectors. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

UT Go Longhorns!

Traveled from Montana to Austin to attend our son’s graduation from UT. The house was very nice and spacious. Looks like the pictures that are posted. Property manager texted us prior to arrival and answered our texts in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and toilet paper and hand soap provided. Kitchen had the basics as far as utensils/pots/pans. There is a keurig and regular coffee pot as well ! The handle for the freezer on the refrigerator was missing but we were still able to open it. The living area on the second floor was perfect for our teen son to hang out.. the TV was dark on one side so made some shows difficult to watch but certainly not a big deal. They also had two extra twin mattresses in the master closet… but no extra bedding so bring blankets if you have a large party. We loved this home and would stay here again. I would definitely recommend especially if you have a large family.

Fantastic Stay

We absolutely loved this house. Everything was clean, and the pictures in the profile accurately portrayed the property. It was close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure we were able to get in ok. We stayed over new years and the fireworks in this neighborhood were insane. It was so fun! The evenings were quiet, no crazy loud neighbors (aside from New Year’s Eve of course). We brought an infant so we were not desiring a place to get rowdy and this was perfect, would be great for a family with children. We were actually surprised when we walked through the house at how nice it was for the price we paid. This property is a great deal and you will not regret booking. The single negative we could even come up with is that the carpets were not vacuumed very well. But this could have been an oversight by the cleaning crew, and not on the host. Everything else was very clean, and we were happy to find a nice washer/dryer that was also clean and usable. We are saving this booking, as we are planning on re booking in the future.

Came to the area to visit my son and grandson. Location was a short drive to their house.

Great house and worked well for my short stay. There was some construction going on to a nearby house and the workers were a bit loud but there’s no way to control that. Check in was a breeze. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home!

My family was in Austin for a graduation so we didn't need anything super fancy, we just wanted a place to stay that was comfortable and easy to live in. This house fit the bill while also being really nice! It really was a home away from home! We had all of our comforts that we are used to at home, including TVs with Netflix available for our down time. It has a TON of counter space for cooking and has a two car garage that they've kept clear for parking. The local contact, Rodel, was extremely helpful and friendly. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay that feels like you are coming home, this is the choice.

Great Suburban Family Home

This house is new and very clean, on par with the level of cleanness that we saw in the Turnkey and Vacasa properties that we previously stayed in. The owner allows us to access the garage of the house and left in bottled water in the fridge - we appreciated it. Lastly the owner/manager is very responsive and accommodating.

Very nice home, great Host!

This is a large home and has everything you'd need for a vacation. I'll list the positive and negatives. Positives: Great host, fast communication response times. Everything was in working condition, laundry, stovetop, heat/cooling, locks. Large master bedroom. Negatives: Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in the Queen room. We notified the host, he had a pest control come over to spray. He washed and cleaned the linens and put back on the bed for us. I think the mattress should have been removed but it wasn't, so we couldn't use that room during our stay and a family member slept on the couch instead. Some of the towels were moldy, and again, the host helped and bought new towels for us. Possibly have the cleaning person check areas more thoroughly. There were areas that hadn't been cleaned well. I did send the host pictures of that. It worked for our needs, however for the total cost of everything, I believe it should have been in tip-top shape.
