This three-story home is perfect for multi-generational families. An elevator makes it easy to move luggage and groceries while reducing the need to climb stairs. Each level offers its own unique space, ensuring everyone can find their perfect place to relax.

The third level features an expansive King En Suite with a fireplace and large screen TV. Enjoy a soak in the oversized tub or a spacious shower designed for two. Afterward, relax in one of the recliners and enjoy some quiet time. This level also includes a sitting area with another large flat screen TV and a full mini bar. A six-person high-top table makes it perfect for board games or cards.

On the second level, you will find a spacious granite kitchen equipped with cookware, dining ware, and a gas stove. The adjacent dining area includes a table for six and bar seating for five. This level also hosts three En Suite bedrooms, two kings and one queen, each with a private full bath. Step outside to the stunning tiled, climate-controlled sunset porch where you can relax in comfort while taking in the bay views. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.

The first level is designed for fun and activity. It includes a pool table, tabletop multi-cade, and a gym with an adjoining sauna. There is also an additional living area with a mini-kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, ice maker, and full refrigerator. An oversized bedroom on this level features a king bed and a duo bunk. A full handicap-accessible bathroom is also located here. Step outside to a large screened porch with seating for ten and an outdoor shower. The backyard features a concrete pool with a built-in waterfall hot tub and a nearby fire pit. A private pier and dock with seating and a fishing area are accessible from the pool area. The fully grassed and irrigated yard is perfect for picnics and cornhole while enjoying unforgettable sunsets.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
