Amazing place and host

Very impressed with our stay. Communication with host was phenomenal and that started even prior to booking. The location was ideal and having the private beach area was so convenient for a busy place. We loved the kitchen having plenty of cookware since we cooked a lot at the house. The house was very clean and perfect like photos. We would stay here again.

Very nice location. You step right onto the beach. One of the bedrooms could only sleep children or teens. The bottom level also had a kitchen which was very nice! We enjoyed our stay. So good to have all the beach chairs and beach umbrella and chairs set up every morning!

Great family place to stay

Spacious enough for our family of 11. Great beach access and views of the Gulf of America. Traffic was not a hinder and allowed for street side walks with stroller to local restaurants.

Wonderful spot in Destin. Host was great to work with, my only recommendation a few more of the layout white chairs. House is beautiful and perfect for families. We will stay there again absolutely. They had everything you needed, cannot recommend more. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Destin is a repeat location for me and my family. I felt the beachfront location was central to everything. The layout of the home was great; the extra kitchen downstairs made it so much easier to get beverages. The views from each level are beautiful, and the covered area was wonderful for eating outside. My only suggestion is to provide better access information. The VRBO instructions didn't match the information from the owner, so our check-in was a bit bumpy. Also, not sure why so many signs are about the air conditioning, temperature settings, and leaving doors open. Wasn't an issue for us as I keep mine at home within those settings but could see how it would be an issue for those who sleep in cooler temps.

Girls Trip

This was our 3rd year to stay in Kimberly’s property! This condo is perfect in every way!! Location can’t be beat! Each year the home is immaculately clean, kitchen is fully stocked, noticeable updates to the unit each year. Pictures are accurate. Kimberley is attentive and prompt to address any calls with issues. I can not say enough good things about this property. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic Location

The property was 13 steps away from the sand. Outside shower made clean up each evening a breeze. The beach level has a Queen/ twin bunk in a bed room a Queen bed in a bedroom and 1 bathroom in the hall. There is also a kitchen and a washer dryer on that level. The mid section has a kitchen, dining room and tv with two couches. Large area for family mealtimes. It also has a hall bathroom and a full mattress nook. Prefect for children.The third level has two King bedrooms with bathrooms AND a hall bathroom. The townhome is well insulated so each level is quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!!

We wanted a property on the beach and this beautiful home was exactly that! Very roomy and our family was comfortable. If you are looking to step off your deck onto the beautiful powder sand of Destin, this is the place. Communication with our Property Manager, Kimberly, was excellent every step of the way. We hope to return next year!!

Best location in Destin. The beach was amazing and never crowded. A quick 15 min ride to downtown for dinner and drinks. Will for sure be back.

Wonderful family vacation

The accommodations were perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of space, the home was well stocked with items we needed. We played on the beautiful beach all day and cooked meals there so no need to leave. Would love to come again. Thank you for everything!

Fabulous Get Away!

Planned this trip for my mother's 80th birthday. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. Clean and spacious. Bedrooms and private bathrooms for everyone. Walking distance to several restaurants. We will definitely book here again!

Great for spring break

It was a great, safe feeling neighborhood. The a/c is super touchy, and the basement unit wasn’t working, but Kim sent someone right away. we felt like there was room for everyone. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry soap which we did use so make sure not to forget that. We would definitely stay again.

Private beach spot!!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property. We absolutely love that we step off the deck to a private beach spot. We can come and go from the beach to the house very easily and as frequently as needed throughout the day. My 70 year old parents enjoyed the patios with high chairs and umbrellas to sit out of sun and enjoy watching the beach. Also makes it very convienient that Kenny Ds is right across the street. No driving necessary to get seafood every night. Its alot of money but has provided my family with great memories.

Family vacation

Our stay on this property was amazing! The home is huge and has very nice features. We had a family of 14, ages 1-58 y/o, and we never felt crowded. The three different floors and two kitchens allowed everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The private beach was very nice to assure we had our own little spot to ourselves. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a few mishaps in the home and the owner was very understanding and easy to work with. You won’t regret this stay! The views were stunning and that sand!!! We also saw so many sea animals (dolphins swimming by multiple times, sharks being caught by our neighbors, stingrays, jellyfish, and crabs! I’m hopeful we’ll get to go back!

Lovely property but unrealistic rental for our party

We initially could not get in the property because we were given the wrong entry code. I could not reach the owner but after an hour maintenance let us in. We were shortly later evicted due to violating rental rules. We only had two chaperones for our party of 13. The rental rules state for every two minors…one chaperone is required. There are surveillance cameras outside and we also had a man come up to the house peering into the windows. I never saw the house because I was at dinner with a friend who lives in Destin when we were evicted. I had sent the girls ahead to the property to get settled. Ultimately it is our fault for not reading the rental rules carefully but we were evicted and out of the house at 10pm with no where to go. Couldnt have asked tor any better

Our trip was absolutely fantastic in every area. The property was as advertised. Was clean and checked every box that we had need for. The beach was immaculate, the closeness to the beach was perfect. It actually brought tears to my mom when she saw how close we were, and she stated that she thought she would never be able to come back to the beach again as she has been diagnosed with COPD and cant walk very far at all but I tell you she had no problem getting to the water and back. She actually shed tears of joy, and her room was on the bottom floor that lead directly out onto the beach. And the porch areas are the best you could ask for. We spent alot of time in these areas especially the bottom level, where the whole family gathered and ate together and played games and laughed and danced and watched the sun go down every night. This is exactly what we were looking for when we were planning g this trip and it met every need and then some. Not to mention being spread out enough so that each family within our family still had their own sense of privacy. Communication with our contact was excellent throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. You cannot go wrong with this rental. Our only regret from this whole experience is that we had to leave. Thank you for it all. We will return without question.

Beautiful home in the PERFECT location! Couldn't ask for anything more for a beach vacation. The house was so well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The 3 decks are awesome with sturdy beautiful furniture to enjoy the days and nights directly on the beach!! We had 3 generations staying there and a baby gender reveal photo session. The guys fished in the evenings and we swam every day! Couldn't ask for a better family vacation. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your home with us to make forever memories

Spacious, beautiful accomadations and beach! Plenty of room for 9 people, very clean and well-stocked with everything you need. A lot of road traffic in the area but that's to be expected. As a family group with an annual "reunion" we've been all over, from the Bahamas, to Cabo,to Maui, etc. This was the best place of all and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing views!

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone and you cannot beat being right on your own private beach.

There were 10 of us that stayed here. It is a beautiful home with lots of space. Easy access to the beach made it perfect.

This is a spoiling home and location. The house is almost 3000 sq ft, airy and roomy with spectacular views from all floors of the home. When you head is on the pillow of the master bed in the master bedroom you just have to open your eyes to the view of the Gulf. Along with the roomy home you have 3 unique beach decks, a private master bedroom deck, a middle level deck off of the living area, and the best part the over sized beach deck- this is rare to have a deck big enough to have a wedding on. The best part you just step off of you deck onto you own exclusive private beach that is just fo r you and your guests staying with you in the home as each home owns their own beach so it is not shared with the complex it is just for you. There is nothing like having your backyard a beach with the ease of going in and out of the house without lugging your stuff across the street or down an elevator or if you forget something the ease of walking back into the house to get it. You do not have to fight for sand but if you want busier activities the public beach is a 1 minute walk away where you can rent beach toys and do para sailing, banana riding, surf lessons etc plus you can walk to 4 restaurants/ beach bars. You will be spoiled staying here.

You cannot get any closer to the water unless you are on a boat.
Not having to fight people for a spot on the sand having your own slice of beach as your own backyard.
Sitting on the decks in your jammies having coffee or a glass of wine at night under the stars to the moon glistening off of the water and hearing the Gulf roll in.
Being able to walk to restaurants and beach bars.
Not having to drag beach chairs and beach items down an elevator and or across a street. To be on the beach in your own backyard where you can run in to use the bathroom or grab a drink or beach snack is convenient and spoiling.
The oversized home wider than a condo is airy and comfy. Have a rainy day you do not feel stuck and cramped if you stay in for the day. Being built on the sand and with the fabulous views you still feel like you are on the beach even when indoors.
This is a beach home not a fancy hotel so it does get beachy from the salty windy air and rough storms. It is a beautiful beach adventure to stay in a home built on the sand with living on the sand with with the salty air and the sound of the gulf.
