Welcome to Falling Waters--a peaceful and relaxed gated condo community in Naples, Florida, one of the most desirable towns in Southwest Florida. The community has large, tropical, resort-style, heated, saltwater pool. The pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in the area, which definitely makes you feel like you are on vacation! The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (i.e. fitness classes, community dinners, card nights, potlucks, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen has newer black, stainless appliances and is well- equipped with dishes and cookware. There is a private carport for your your car in front of the condo as well as nearby guest parking spaces.
Please allow at least fifteen business days for the required condo association rental application to be processed when considering your booking dates. Rentals from November to April (the "winter" season) need to be booked by the full calendar month--for example: January 1st to January 31st or March 1st to April 30th.
