The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. The studio is a perfect choice for both couples and single travellers. It is a one minute stroll to the fabulous Smiths Beach. Guests can enjoy the delights of Phillip Island such as seeing the Fairy Penguins at dusk, surfing, walking, cycling the many tracks crossing the island, or visiting the many attractions South Gippsland has to offer. The Grand Prix Track is a comfortable walk from Smiths Beach.

Luxe Smiths Beach gem

Serene Stay

Nice place to stay for the GP weekend. Private and quiet. Hosts were lovely - said hi upon my arrival, but otherwise didn’t encroach, which is what I like. A beautiful, lush garden separates the unit from the house adding to the privacy factor. Thank so much!

Perfect!

What a great location. Had absolutely everything we needed and more ( cheeky chocolates included ). Tried to book for next years GP but sadly it’s already booked. This luxurious and spotless studio will not disappoint! Thank you to our hosts. Great communication. Went above and beyond.

Well presented and clean with good facilities but we’re not expecting to be in the back yard of the hosts home,3 metres away. We felt this was a privacy issue.
