Each bedroom features memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. - Pack and Play and high chair for those traveling with children
- Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Shampoo, hairdryer, make-up wipes
- Dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid

LOCAL BOOKING POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all our guests and maintain the integrity of our home, we do not allow reservations from guests who reside locally (within the same city or surrounding area as the property). This policy has been implemented due to an overwhelming amount of local bookings, unexpected birthday parties, gatherings, and a large number of unconfirmed guests in our properties. To prevent further incidents, we are enforcing stricter screening for local reservations. If you are a local resident looking to book for a special circumstance, please reach out before booking. Unapproved local reservations are subject to cancellation.
