This property is a large 305M2 beach house which is fully furnished and also gas a cottage, It is situated in sunny Marahau 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the Abel Tasman Park. The house is modern with 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have own lounges & bathrooms. In addition, the detached cottage is available to cater for larger groups. This allows us to comfortably accommodate at least 20 persons.

The beach house situated in sunny Marahau; 200 metres from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the gateway of the Abel Tasman Park.
The house has 4 large bedrooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have ensuites bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms are open plan with lounge furniture. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a Rinnai gas log fire and 3/4 size snooker table. The whole ground floor is tile with porcelain tiles. The ground floor bathroom has underfloor heating. The large open plan living area has sliding glass doors that facilitate inside-outside living onto 2-metre width veranda around the Eastern Northern and Western sides of the house and out on to a large alfresco covered dining area. When you stay at this house you will enjoy Sky TV and ultra-fast Fibre Internet services and steam pressed linen.

Beautiful Marahau

The property was perfect for our family group. Just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short drive from the Abel Tasman park. The garden was peaceful and secluded and perfect for evening relaxing. The house was well stocked with utensils, bedding and towels and well cared for. We would definitely come back to Marahau and book this property again.

Couldn’t have had a more amazing stay over the new years period, the home is absolutely stunning and just the most perfect escape away! It’s so well established offering you so much more than required! The hosts have put so much thought into every aspect of the home and it truely shows!! This was a fantastic place to stay. It was huge, with plenty of space for our very large group. Plenty of bathrooms. All necessities (eg toilet paper, washing powder) supplied . Fantastic pool table and games cupboard, great big barbecue. Great outdoor area with tables for large groups and easy chairs. Within walking distance (about 1minute) of water taxis, store, and Hooked on Marahau restaurant. It was the perfect spot

A Fantastic property in a great location

Fantastic Stay in Marahau – Perfect for Exploring Abel Tasman!We had an amazing stay at this spacious and well-located accommodation in Marahau. Just minutes from the entrance to Abel Tasman National Park, it was the perfect base for exploring the area. Whether we were kayaking along the stunning coastline, setting off on one of the many walking tracks, or just enjoying the beautiful weather, everything was easily accessible.The accommodation itself was incredibly well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making meal prep a breeze, and the outdoor space was great for unwinding after a day of adventure. The peaceful setting and proximity to the beach made it even better.If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location for outdoor activities, this is it! Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing house

Colins house is in short amazing. It accommodated our mixed group of 4 families with kids from 11 to 17 perfectly. From the description on the website it sounded great, and impressions surpassed that. Easy to live in, great location near the beach but quiet for a relaxing holiday, can't recommend it enough.

Close to the beach, clean and tidy place

Overall, very impressed by the space available for everyone to comfortably hang around. Enough space for at least 14/15 adults. Excellent space to get together with friends and family under one roof! The description is very accurate and easy access to the beach, walk/trekking, or anything you like outdoors.
