Exclusive beachfront property has 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, gym, sauna, steam rooms.
Free Parking, Cable TV with DVR, Netflix, & high speed WiFi.
6 night minimum.
Guests to sign a separate rental agreement for resort registration.

Ko Olina condo

Absolutely amazing, with ocean views on one side and mountain views on the other side. This is the best property we’ve ever stayed at. And Melissa took perfect care of us.

Peaceful Lagoon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. Our place was immaculate and fully stocked for us to enjoy the beach (chairs, floats, towels, etc). We checked out the Disney Resort next door and their lagoon. It was a night and day difference! Ko Olina was so peaceful while Disney has so loud and busy. If you are looking for a beautiful Villa with great views and conveniently located to the parking garage, pools and gym this is the one for you.

Great Vacation

We loved Ko Olina and the Beach Tower condo. Everything was as described and we could not have been happier. It was our first visit to Ko Olina and we plan to go again. Thank you to the property manager Melissa!! She was great and always responsive.

Great place!

Very spacious and comfortable. Pools and hot tubs are great for my 4 year twins and 6 year old. Beach is perfect, with little to no waves. We Al snorkeled at the beach and saw plenty of fish. We will be back.

Amazing Property and View

We spent a week at Beach Villas at Ko’Olina. The property was gorgeous! The pools and grounds were beautifully maintained. The grounds crew was out early every morning cleaning the pools and taking care of the vegetation. We had an amazing view from our fifth floor lanai overlooking the lagoon pool and ocean. Because the condos are privately owned the property did not seem to be like the hotel properties nearby. Melissa was wonderful to work with. She provided lots of helpful information prior to our stay and was immediately available when we called to report an issue. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed for our stay including one hall closet that had everything that one would need for the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this unit again if we get back to Oahu.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina. Great pool, beach access, walking paths, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and safe, with plenty of room for everyone. Would stay again!

Fifth visit to KoOlina

We love coming to this resort because it is small, mellow and beautiful. The beach and pool are family friendly yet there is a 'quiet area' as well. This particular unit was great. Especially great was Mellissa. She was available before and during our stay with information. And after our stay helped us further. Our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay another day. Our unit was not available so Melissa helped us with a later checkout and then offered several suggestions where we could relocate. Thanks again Melissa!

We had a wonderful time and the facilities were excellent. We were very impressed with the care that was taken to insure everything was clean and well managed. The one thing that I noticed is that the grills were cleaned every day. Most places that does not happen. We will defiantly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hawaii.

Oahu birthday!

Celebrated our granddaughter’s first birthday and enjoyed ocean’s very gentle waves and tropical beauty of resort daily. Accommodations were so lovely and very comfortable! Help from Melissa was immediate and gracious.

Fantastic condo, felt like home!

My family has been blessed to visit Ko Olina several times and this particular condo was fantastic. Spotless, fully-stocked, and easy to settle into. We especially appreciated the beach wagon, cooler, and toys - things you could never pack into a suitcase but can transform a beach day with the kids. Melissa was very attentive during the research/reservation phase and then everything during our trip went so smoothly we had no reason to contact her again. It had a great parking space in the garage, very close to the elevators, and had a great location in the building, best described as its own private wing. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for our family of 5

Wow! First trip to Hawaii and got to stay here and gaze at the ocean for a week. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and this suited us perfectly. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches and ate all our meals on the dreamy lanai. The quiet lagoon is steps away. We snorkeled in the lagoon and saw tropical fish and a sea turtle. We enjoyed the walking path, pools, hot tub, and work out facility. Easy walk to other resorts and dining options. Easy drive to grocery stores. Some of the major Oahu attractions are 45 - 60 minutes away, but we didn't mind that - our main goal was to relax on the beach and we were so happy with this beautiful, comfortable home.

It was a very pleasant trip because of the good location, good facilities, and friendly manager. It was the same villa for the second time, and this room was Cheoeum, but I was satisfied. I want to stay at Melissa's accommodation again next time.

Perfect for our stay

First off - Melissa was amazing to work with. We had a couple of trivial things come up during our stay (top dishwasher was loud, some squeaky chairs on the tile floor). She was quick to respond and make sure we weren’t inconvenienced by them being fixed. The property was perfect for our stay. Loved the view and sunsets from the lanai. We used the kitchen a ton and had seating for all of us. The lagoons are so much better than Waikiki and pools are perfect when you need a break from the beach. It really made for a wonderful family vacation. We’ll be booking it again when we return.

What a lovely place…

What a surprise this place was! We have been to Hawaii (mostly Maui) many many times and had not been to Oahu forever. We came for a wedding which was in Ko Olina and through VRBO found this gem. The 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths were perfect for our family. The unit is spacious, well stocked, and updated. There is an adult pool (lovely) and a family pool (very kid friendly) both were very nice…we hung out at the adult pool if we weren’t at the spectacular beach lagoon. The host was superb! We are already planning our next stay :)
