Spacieuse maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans un quartier calme et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Saint's Landing. Livré avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, A / C central, douche extérieure et Wifi. Tant de façons de passer du temps avec des amis et la famille - intérieur climatisé, grande cour et patio accueillant et passage couvert. Parfait pour se détendre aprÚs une journée à la plage.

TrĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  0, 4 miles de la plage, Ă  0, 5 miles de Dunkin ’Donuts, Ă  1 mile du Brewster General Store et Ă  2 miles de la piste cyclable de Cape Cod.

Just completed a wonderful stay at this beautiful Brewster property. With 4 spacious bedrooms there was plenty of room for our family get together. The house was warm and cozy during a very cold and snowy visit. It would be a great location for a summer stay as well, being close to all that the Brewster area has to offer. Looking forward to a return stay, hopefully in warmer weather!

A pleasant stay at a great home situated close to Brewster Bay beaches. Located in a great neighborhood, convenient to the center of town and establishments like restaurants and stores. House was very clean and large enough for everyone to spread out. Looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We went down to the beach before golf and splashed around. The house was clean and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, although we played golf and went out to dinner each night so we never really cooked at home. Thanks again and I would definitely consider this home again.

Great location in town, can easily walk to the beach and get around. Plenty of room and very comfortable for lots of people. Definitely would recommend.

House was wonderful - great outdoor patio space including covered breezeway which was nice when we had some rain. The walk to the beach is easy and on quiet side roads. The bedrooms are as described and nice to have full bath up and downstairs. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, including grilling tools if you want to make burgers or steaks. Garage has lots of outdoor rec supplies (kayaks, ping pong, beach wagon and toys) and the inflatable alligators were a big hit with the kids. Thanks for the joy-filled stay!

The house was perfect for the seven of us in my family, five adults with two partners. Comfortable and immaculate space with appreciated extras such as beach chairs, bikes and kayaks. Nice walk to the beach and close to other cape favorites such as Nickerson and bike trail. Communication with host was excellent.

Lovely home, wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual Brewster vacation. The house was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and easily accommodated our family. The yard and gardens are gorgeous - oh those hydrangeas! We spent a ton of time on the comfy breezeway and patio. It is close to everything we like to do when in Brewster. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. All in all, a great stay and we'd love to come back next year.

Family vacation

We had an awesome stay at this location in Brewster. The home was stocked with all the needs for our adult children as well as our grandchildren. Close proximity to the beach was a real plus. Thank you so much for a wonderful time in Brewster and stocking the home with so many necessities.

Great Stay

Idyllic vacation setting

Wonderful!

This home is by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Short walk/bike ride to a nice beach. The owners have thought of everything

Family wedding weekend

We had a family wedding at the ocean edge resort. The house was only a 5-8 minute car ride. We were a family of eight adults. (4 boys in their 20s). The house had plenty of room. Walking distance to the beach, very clean, great layout. Jen and Alex were very quick to respond to our questions. Great weekend in the Cape.

Brewster family vacation

Beautiful Cape home. House was more like an home than a vacation rental. Our multigenerational family had plenty of room and outdoor space. The whole house was well stocked with supplies and beach playthings. Would definitely return.

Perfect Setting

We very much enjoyed our multi-generation vacation at this home. The easy access to the beach, dining and activities made it a great spot for keeping different ages happy. The house was clean, comfortable with a lovely space for kids to play and outdoor dining. Hope to return!

Lovely Stay

This is a beautiful property in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The bikes provided were perfect for the short ride to either of the close bay-side beaches or just to ride around town. The outside patio is so nice, private and quiet! When it rained, we all enjoyed the covered breezeway area so we could still enjoy the outside. We love to cook so took full advantage of the grill outside and all the tools in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the bedding/linens provided were perfect and the central AC was amazing during our hot week on the Cape. Overall, my family of 4 loved this property and look forward to coming back again!

Fantastic!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation which included my husband & our 3 young adult children! This was our first stay here but we had such a fabulous experience I’m sure we will be back! Our family has been coming to this neighborhood in Brewster for the past 35 years and this is the first time we have rented a home that I did NOT have to clean upon my arrival
.. the entire place was immaculate inside & out! The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the owner really thought things out & made great efforts to get this place perfectly in order
the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials & has very good quality dishes, glasses, pots, casserole dishes.. etc.. The furniture is all clean & comfortable, the bed mattresses were all very comfortable & had pillows, mattress covers, & sheet sets that all appeared to be new and of very good quality. There is a nice outdoor patio area with a seating couch, table & chairs, & a grill.. the outdoor yard has very nice plantings on all four sides & is beautifully maintained. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys, bikes
 all of which we used & greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing.. very quiet & nice for riding bikes, taking walks to the General Store, Scoops for ice cream, & very close to the gorgeous bayside beach! This owner really knows what they are doing and has thought of everything to make your vacation comfortable & enjoyable! We highly recommend!

We had the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

Perfect base for a long weekend

We were on the Cape for our daughter's soccer tournament for the long weekend. The house was clean, well-stocked, and spacious for our family of 5. Comfortable beds and living area. Grandma enjoyed walking to the beach. The kids loved walking out during low tide. Hosts easy to reach and were accommodating when we found out we had to stay longer than we had thought for the games. We all had a great time and hope to be back next year!
