A pleasant stay at a great home situated close to Brewster Bay beaches. Located in a great neighborhood, convenient to the center of town and establishments like restaurants and stores. House was very clean and large enough for everyone to spread out. Looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We went down to the beach before golf and splashed around. The house was clean and beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, although we played golf and went out to dinner each night so we never really cooked at home. Thanks again and I would definitely consider this home again.

Family vacation

We had an awesome stay at this location in Brewster. The home was stocked with all the needs for our adult children as well as our grandchildren. Close proximity to the beach was a real plus. Thank you so much for a wonderful time in Brewster and stocking the home with so many necessities.

The house was perfect for the seven of us in my family, five adults with two partners. Comfortable and immaculate space with appreciated extras such as beach chairs, bikes and kayaks. Nice walk to the beach and close to other cape favorites such as Nickerson and bike trail. Communication with host was excellent.

House was wonderful - great outdoor patio space including covered breezeway which was nice when we had some rain. The walk to the beach is easy and on quiet side roads. The bedrooms are as described and nice to have full bath up and downstairs. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, including grilling tools if you want to make burgers or steaks. Garage has lots of outdoor rec supplies (kayaks, ping pong, beach wagon and toys) and the inflatable alligators were a big hit with the kids. Thanks for the joy-filled stay!

Lovely home, wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual Brewster vacation. The house was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and easily accommodated our family. The yard and gardens are gorgeous - oh those hydrangeas! We spent a ton of time on the comfy breezeway and patio. It is close to everything we like to do when in Brewster. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. All in all, a great stay and we'd love to come back next year.

Great Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed enough space for our adult children and their partners. Conveniently located minutes to beaches and not far from other towns. Had great meals and thoroughly enjoyed. Host was great!

Idyllic vacation setting

We had the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house had everything you could need and was in the cutest, quietest little neighborhood. We really enjoyed our walks to the beach in the morning! The beds were also so comfortable and the house was plenty big for the 11 of us. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

A perfect Cape getaway!

We loved the location and overall space this rental provided. It was a perfect setting for our group to relax, enjoy the local beach, and easy distance to the Brewster downtown area. The bikes and beach gear was a special bonus to enjoy the scenery. Loved it, and a great size spot for 7 adults.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. The house is a close walk to several Brewster beaches. My family made use of the bikes and the kayaks. Everything was clean, tidy, and perfectly set up upon our arrival. We hope to visit again!

Perfect Setting

Wonderful!

This home is by far the nicest VRBO that we have ever rented! Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Short walk/bike ride to a nice beach. The owners have thought of everything….comfortable furniture and beds, well equipped kitchen, gas grill, bikes and beach toys…anything you could need for a fabulous vacation.

Perfect spot!

We had a great week here! Wonderful location on a quiet side street and a beautiful private yard. Short walk to Saints Landing Beach. Lovely well kept house with plenty of space for our family of 5. We were grateful for the central A/C during a heat wave!

Great experience!

Went to the Cape for a multigenerational family trip. Had a great stay at this wonderful property! House was exactly like the listing and perfect for 5 adults and 1 child. Great location, very comfortable, and stocked with lots of useful items for indoors and outdoors. We hope to make it back as a family for another trip at some point in the future!

Perfect House Close to Everything!

The house was clean and perfect for two small families. A short walk to Saint’s Landing beach or Eddy bay trail. Our kids loved visiting Paine’s Creek beach. The bikes, floats, and sand toys provided in the garage kept them busy. The host is very responsive and everything you need for a great vacation is provided. We can’t wait to stay here again!
