Magnifique condo de deux chambres en bord de mer situé au coeur de Lavalette, l'unité est entièrement rénovée avec tout en haut de gamme. La propriété comprend deux chambres, deux salles de bain, sous-sol avec laveuse et sécheuse. Tout est neuf, y compris tous les lits et tous les meubles. La chambre principale a accès au porche extérieur du deuxième étage.
L'unité vient avec une place de stationnement désignée parking dans la rue également disponible. Six badges de plage sont livrés avec l'unité pour le séjour. Un tout nouveau téléviseur à écran plat de 70 "et 42". Chambre d'hôtes a un lit double avec lits jumeaux. La chambre principale a un lit Queen.

Wonderful stay!

This was a great fit for us - we stayed 4 weeks. Perfect location near restaurants, shops in Lavallette. Easy walk up the street to beautiful beach and boardwalk. Owner always accessible for any questions. Never had to worry about finding parking given the designated spot in driveway. Easy to stow our teens' bikes/surfboards/chairs in back. Condo is immaculate and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property

This Lavallette condo is really lovely. The location is convenient to the beach and stores and restaurants. Richard was always available to communicate with. I really enjoyed my stay.

Truly Manhattan on the Beach

Immaculate newly renovated unit with great design features. The location is right on the beach block, and close to shops and restaurants, it couldn’t be more convenient. The basement is new and clean (not creepy) and offers ample storage as well as a washer/dryer. My kids shared a room with bunk beds and a desk. Wish we had booked a longer stay!

Spectacular Condo!

I stayed at this condo for two amazing weeks. The place really impressed me. It is not huge place but it has everything you’ll need and you can’t beat the location. One of the best things in the condo is the appliances: Viking appliances. Very rare to find, especially at the beach. The bathrooms are a little smaller than I thought, but they are absolutely GORGEOUS- pebbles floor, the bathrooms sinks are beautiful, 2 shower heads in the bathrooms- yes, 2! I wanted to take the bathrooms home with me, if I only could! The design and little details of this place is just amazing. You’ll like too! The flooring is gorgeous, the kitchen is absolutely the best, bathroom, plenty of closet space in both bedrooms and throughout the condo as well. The neighborhood has everything you will need. Lava Java is right across from the condo, the cutest little stores, ice cream place right next door, there’s so much around. The beach is on the same block and I loved that beach. Not too many people, but it’s clean and easy access to. The owner (Rich) even provided beach badges for us- usually you have to buy them and they can be costly, so that was another plus. There’s a little porch with a table and chairs right outside of the master bedroom and it is the most pleasant thing at evening or night. Few suggestions: addition of bed linens included in the rental- the ad didn’t state that bed linens were not provided, so I was surprised we didn’t have any. Although, not sure if this was due to COVID times. Also, the mattresses are not very comfy, but again, it’s the beach :). Last thing, the internet signal is really bad. However, the next door neighbor told me that they have been having several board meetings with the town so they can provide the service they are paying for. So this is not the owner’s fault, it’s out of his hands. Overall experience 5 stars! I’m planning on going back soon. :)

The Perfect get away

Overall this was a great property and a very nice place to stay. Quaint spot with a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated. A great place to stay, get away and relax.
