Venez séjourner dans notre magnifique maison assise sur le marais et à quelques rues de la plage! Les vues sont spectaculaires depuis 4 ponts différents surplombant le marais, l'un est blindé, un pont a un bain à remous, l'autre est ouvert pour que vous puissiez sentir le soleil, et le quatrième est au-dessus de la maison pour que vous puissiez voir des kilomètres !!
Des tonnes de caractère dans cette maison. Aire de jeux extérieure pour les enfants, nombreux hamacs et mobilier d'extérieur pour profiter de la vue.
Votre propre voiturette de golf pour parcourir l'île, prendre la plage ou monter sur la côte jusqu'à l'incroyable phare de Morris!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It has a beautiful view and was bigger than we expected. There were a few things I think could be improved upon but overall it was great and we will likely stay again!

Gem of a location

Greats views, quiet location but easy access to Charleston. Lots of local great food and activities in Folly Beach. House was perfect for wonderful holiday getaway with multiple families.

Spectacular home

This house was absolutely perfect for my friends and I!! It was a super close walk to the beach, but still in a lovely little secluded area tucked back against the marsh. The golf cart was such a fun perk and we had everything we needed and more.

This property is absolutely stunning. The view is exactly what you see and is completely memorizing. The home is clean and well maintained. Amazing stay!

What an amazing place!! The house has literally everything you could need especially if you have little ones with you! It is equipped with its own playground & swings! Also has high chair, baby monitor, baby tub , stroller, pack n play- literally all the things to make going on vacation with a child enjoyable! Also the hot tub and wrap around views throughout the house!! Perfect location just a short walk to the beach and bike ride to downtown. I had multiple friends want the listing details while I was posting at the house because it is that good!! Book this house!! We will definitely be back! And the host is superrr accommodating and very friendly and quick to reply with any needs or questions!

Amazing!

The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Everything was very clean. Check in and out was very easy and Matt was great to work with and communicated quickly. The marsh view is beautiful and the beach is so close. You could easily walk to the beach, but having the golf cart was so fun! My kids loved the golf cart, we drove it to dinner every night as they can be driven on the roads in folly. They also loved the playground that is at the house and the hottub, those were such awesome features. 10/10 recommend this house!

Great say at Folly at this house. Beautiful views, quiet street, laid back experience. Beds and layout was fun for our kids, and we had plenty of resources to have a good week. The listing says the house has a pool. It does not - one is being put in now, but is not complete. There is a hot tub.

The most amazing view!

We had a wonderful week at the house. The views from the porches were amazing and the master suite was so comfortable and also had a wonderful view. The house is walking distance to the beach and the golf cart made getting around even easier. Matt was extremely responsive and helpful!

Great Folly Beach Experience

This house was a great way to experience Folly Beach. This place is charming and uniquely built. Close proximity to main street (15 min walk), beach (5 min walk), and nature preserve (5 min drive). The property comfortably fits 4 cars and the unit provided everything we needed to properly host our friends and family. Even items we didn't realize we needed were available. Wifi is great, and the scenery is amazing! You can see open marshland, the bridge, and lighthouse from the balcony. I awoke to a beautiful sun, and relaxed to a tranquil moon. My regret... not booking for an entire week.

Outstanding home ! Beautiful Inlet views. A few blocks from Beach but home comes with Golf Cart. It’s a block away from dog park and tennis courts. Berts Market 1/2 miles away is open 24 hrs and they have everything!

Ups and Downs

The property was beautiful. The view is everything and we really enjoyed the sunrise. We did have a range of problems with the property, and some of them we did expect. The guest bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold when we arrived, but the property owner had someone come out the next day to kill it and paint over it. The property wasn’t completely cleaned and ready for us when we arrived. Handy men and pool men were coming in and out. We also did not have a dumpster for our trash. We ended up having to hang it outside so the raccoons couldn’t get to it. We found rats on the ground floor and rat holes in the screens as well. If you have a large party of people I would advise traveling in the least amount of cars possible. There is a law in Folly Beach that your wheels aren’t allowed to stick out on the road. Be careful parking the golf cart because the cops are very petty. Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The view was the best part.
