The town house is minutes away from downtown monument circle, located in the diverse neighborhood of Holy Cross. Homes in Holy Cross are distinguished by skilled craftsmanship that you will find in historicals homes. The town house has been remodeled for short term guest strictly. We are excited to be able to open our home to visitors. Unfortunately due to sechulding the outside of the place has not been painted yet. My painter is backed logged

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a very relaxing trip. Communication with the host was easy and professional throughout the stay. The distance to downtown was ideal. The bathrooms were renovated nicely. Wasn't quite cleaned as well as it could have been. Renters should note that the house is a duplex and if the next door neighbors are smoking (legal or not) then you will smell it all and it is strong! Also the 2nd full bathroom is in the kitchen not located upstairs near the bedrooms. The kitchen had a mismatch of old pots and pans so don't expect to do a lot of cooking. The backporch is falling in so be careful.

Unfortunately this is the 1st I have heard of any problems with your reservation. Please out to the host if you have any issues especially safety issues. We are here to provided a positive experience and I was not given the opportunity to address any issue. Communication can fix just about anything. Fyi The back porch is not falling in. After inspection we found 1 decking board that needed replaced. Best of experience whit your future endeavors

Great location to downtown

We arrived late in the evening to find the porchlights on and welcoming us to the property. The property was exactly what we needed. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the available coffees and teas. The location was great for visiting downtown Indianapolis and comfortable to retire to in the evenings.

Very Convenient!

This property worked well for us. We had 2 couples and 2 single men who were volunteering at the FDIC Exhibition. We all had our privacy, but also were able to hold team meetings around the dining room table. The beds (and showers) were comfortable and clean.

Clean, spacious home. Host responded quickly. I would take extra paper towel (1 roll provided) and kitchen towels (1 provided). Front bedroom with 2 beds hears a lot of road noise.
