Newly Renovated Talbott Street Retreat Minutes from Monument Circle

This charming home that sleeps 7 is on a quiet street in the historic neighborhood of Herron Morton, which is about 1.5 miles north of Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. It's within walking distance to coffee and tea cafes as well a number of various local restaurants. Following a major renovation that finished in the summer of 2025, everything inside is completely new.

In the evenings, kick back and enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. If needed, you can contact the owners to purchase bundles of firewood at $7 per bundle. Availability may be limited, so please try to give advance notice for firewood if possible.

This prime location is about 2 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Fieldhouse. It's close to children's activities with the Children's Museum being a little over a mile away and the zoo about 2 miles. It is also conveniently located to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway as a straight shot 4 miles down the road, and is 9 miles from the Indianapolis International Airport.

The owners live next door to the property, so if challenges that arise during your stay, there is generally opportunity for quick resolution.

Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Parties and pets are prohibited.

The home is three levels that include:
MAIN FLOOR: Living room, dining room with bar, kitchen (traditional style coffee pot with coffee and filters available for use), mudroom, half bath, and laundry area.

SECOND FLOOR: Queen sized bedroom with small office nook, bedroom with double bed, loft area with pullout queen sofa bed, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo (hair dryer and initial set of toiletries provided).

THIRD FLOOR: Master bedroom with king size bed, a full bath with walk in shower (hairdryer and initial set of toiletries provided), and a coffee bar with a Keurig and pods to enjoy your morning coffee.
