Nice cozy condo kitchen was just right. It was just right for the 3 of us. Loved the wood burning fireplace, which is becoming harder to find. Host was outstanding. This is not a complaint but a coffee table would be nice in the living room. Very close to the store and parking underneath. We will stay again.Thank you!
This rental home was a great stay. This place was perfect for our family, and our host was fantastic. We will definitely be looking at this place again as a strong option!
Perfect condo and perfect ski in location! The condo was the perfect size for 5 people, it even had two full bathrooms. They had all the amenities, it was super cozy, and the best part was we ski’d straight from the condo to giant steps.
Our family stayed here to enjoy a few days of skiing over new years. It was clean and comfortable. Easy check in & out. Good communication with owner. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. The location is great, very close to the slopes. We walked down the road to a sledding area and park. We enjoyed our short stay.
The condo was clean and in good condition, just as advertised. Building 3 is a convenient location for getting to Giant Steps main lodge and lifts. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to update the property notebook with the correct/current codes for accessing the jacuzzi and other parts of the building. But Leah was very responsive to all our questions, which we really appreciated. We would stay here again.

Nice condo in great location
This condo is on the first floor in the building closest to the slopes. You can ski in by going down a run called "Shotgun", which is steep but was fine for our intermediate skiers. You can ski out almost right to Giant Steps lift when snow tubing is closed and you ski across the tubing area, or else it's just a minute walk after you ski to the bottom near the parking lot. The condo is updated and nice. The beds are comfortable memory foam and cozy bedding. The kitchen is stocked with spices and some necessities. The spa in building three was not working, but the bigger spa in building 1 near the game room was wonderfully hot and deep for a spa (4 feet), which was fun. Leah the manager was quick to reply every time we needed help.
Great two bed/two bath place. Worked perfectly for a two family group of 5. Ski/snowboard vacation in April - condo building was relatively empty, made parking in the garage really easy. Easy communication with the manager. Condo had everything we needed. Giant Steps has 3 buildings, the hot tub in our particular building was out of service, but no biggie; the one in the main building was fine. Easy access to the ski resort. One flight or stairs to navigate - that’s really the only thing to realize when staying at Giant Steps. Beautiful condo, would stay again! Thank you!!
This was a cute little place. They have some nice upgrades. Unfortunately the cleaner wasn’t the best, especially in the bathrooms. There were rings around the toilettes and hair in the shower. There is also pink mildew junk in the showers along the inside that was probably missed because it’s hard to see from the outside. Overall it was awesome, just would ’ve been a lot cozier if it felt cleaner.

Hi Rachal, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay about your concerns. We would have sent our professional cleaning team back to the unit to resolve any cleanliness issues immediately so that you could enjoy the home. We've passed your comments along to them to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. Thanks for letting us know about your stay, we're glad you had an overall great stay!
I write these reviews to help others in their planning process, as I always go to the comments for additional information on the property. I have stayed in Brian Head 4 times now and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at a property at Giant Steps. We (my husband, daughter (19 y/o), son (16 y/o), and I) love the ski in/ski out aspect of these properties. As far as unit this property, here are some things I would share:- The property is located in building 3, on the 1st floor. The parking garage is below the building, so there is one flight of stairs to navigate.- The wi-fi is pretty weak. I am not sure if this is a property issue or the location of Brian Head itself. - I had excellent communication with the property contact via text message when I had a question.- The property is modern and well maintained. Very clean!- Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals. Just missing some salad tongs!- The couch situation is not ideal for more than 3 people. Would be nice to have an ottoman or coffee table to stretch out and accommodate more people comfortably. - We used the jacuzzi every day, be advised it is a bit of a maze to navigate.- Having access to unlimited firewood was awesome! - Bed linens felt high-end and luxurious.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property!
We loved this condo and the convenience to town and the slopes were great! A few things to note - there is a washer/dryer on the same level so don’t haul it down to the clubhouse area like I did , it is ski out but not ski in for beginners. To get to the condo, you have to go down a black slope which some of our kids couldn’t do. And the hot tub was grimy a fews day. It got cleaned up but for the first few days it wasn’t great. The actual condo was filled with everything we needed in the kitchen which was so helpful and was a great size for our family of 5!
If you want to go to Brian Head, this is the place to stay. On the slopes, digital entry so no chasing down a property manager, fire wood, internet, wood burning fireplace...
This condo is clean and comfy for a family of five. We enjoyed the real wood fireplace, comfortable beds, and great location. It is very close to the ski resort. It may be ski in ski out but it seemed difficult to figure out how to get back. It was easy to drive to the slopes-2 minute drive. The condo is well stocked with everything that you need. My only wish is that they had a kuerig and sled. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo!

2/10 Terrible

Not what the pictures or description suggest
This condo was very disappointing. It smelled like someone cooked burnt a steak on a George Forman (like my old college roommate) and it wouldn’t go away even after the three nights. You could smell it from 100 feet down the hall even.
The place is dark inside and has terrible lighting at night. Couldn’t light a fire in the fireplace because the wood was moist and no lighter provided until I asked. Tv remote batteries were dead, burnt out light bulb, kids room thermostat didn’t work so it was around 80 degrees, our feet were black from walking inside - not sure the last time it was mopped, hot tubs were old and dirty - grime built up around the edges. You cannot reasonably ski in and ski out, the tubing hill is now in the way.

Hi Cason, we're sorry to hear that this condo did not exceed your expectations. After passing your feedback onto the homeowners, they would like to clarify a few points:
- The unit was professionally cleaned before your arrival, and no odors were noticed at that time. We did offer to send our cleaning team back out to address your concerns, but we were told that wasn't necessary.
- We were happy to direct you to where the wood is stored in the parking garage, and we apologize for the lack of a lighter. Luckily, we were able to have two delivered promptly.
- The condo was inspected after your departure, and we confirmed that the thermostat works and there were no burnt-out bulbs; a lamp had simply been unplugged.
- We contacted maintenance immediately regarding the hot tubs. They were happy to reset the heater and let us know that the water was 102 degrees.
- The nearby runs are groomed so that the building offers ski-in/out access, just as seen in the listing photos.
- Lastly, while the building itself is a bit older, our unit has been fully renovated with all new fixtures and heaters.
Thanks for your feedback. We are confident that future guests will find our home clean and comfortable.
My family (husband, brother, sister-in-law and nephew) went for a weekend to go ride ATVs. The condo was perfect! Great quite location, beautiful remodel that looks very recent, comfy beds and kitchen well labeled for anything you would need. Nice open area for living room, dining table and breakfast bar. Loved this condo and will definitely return!
