Luminoso y espacioso con grandes ventanas francesas, este apartamento de lujo ha sido completamente renovado recientemente con todas las comodidades modernas. El apartamento de lujo tiene pisos de madera y consta de 2 habitaciones dobles y 2 baños de mármol con duchas de lluvia. Cada habitación tiene una cama Queen americana con capacidad para 2 personas. Una de las habitaciones tiene un baño privado. Ambas habitaciones se abren a un largo balcón con vistas a la Ópera. También se puede acceder al balcón desde la cocina abierta con una mesa de comedor para 4 personas, una sala de estar con sofá cama y TV de alta definición. Ideal para dos parejas (sin niños o bebés, por favor) para un alquiler a corto o mediano plazo. Este elegante apartamento frente a la nueva Ópera, está totalmente insonorizado y es la elección perfecta para una experiencia maravillosa en Florencia.

En este apartamento encontrará una lavadora y secadora, secador de pelo, horno, nevera, tostadora, microondas, cafetera espresso y cocina de gas y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. Trate todo como si estuviera en su propia casa y limpie después de usted.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was fantastic, very responsive, and goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable. Only one suggestion to make it a little better, the street noise is a little loud, maybe curtains are a cost effective way to dampen sound a little.

We spent 8 days here and it was a perfect location as it has lots of restaurants in the area, public transportation right outside the door, and Nik is a great host. This was our first time in Italy, and we picked Florence because of its beautiful and two hour train ride to Rome and Venice. This location was perfect for it. While it is not directly in the middle of Florence, you are a brief walk to anything and everything. The rooms were very clean, we all loved the hot showers and the balcony views. There are stores in the area if you need to run out, we never had any issues with anyone at all hours. Nik provided a list of top ten restaurants and places for us. We didn’t have a single issue with the condo, we could not be happier!

Beautiful residence

This is newly renovated and in pristine condition. The owner is very responsive and one of the best people we've dealt with. With the tram just outside the door and one stop from the main train station. This is an excellent location.

Renting, check in and check out was so easy. Attention to detail was a huge plus. We can’t wait to come back here again. We got I formation on sights, restaurants, trains, busses. Very personable and friendly.

Really nice, modern apartment in good location

It was a beautiful place and since we were travelling with elderly individuals, having a elevator was wonderful. We were there when there was a music festival going on across the street so it was a bit noisy at times but the place has a good sound barrier.

Modern - Convenient - Spacious

Very nice modern, clean, apartment conveniently located in close proximity to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Also close to the Arno River, which makes for a nice walk to all major attractions within the city. The owner, Nik, was awesome and the check-in process was very easy. Nik also made several fabulous dining recommendations. We will definitely rebook this residence when we return to Florence!

Excellent choice for Florence

Our visit to Florence was greatly enhanced by Nik & his excellent apartment. It’s well situated across the street from Metro L1, making getting into & out of the tourist area. Nik was very helpful with our check in & with questions during our weeks stay. The apartment is well maintained & fully equipped for all of your normal “home” needs. We highly recommend this apartment & any that Nik has available.

What a beautiful and very spacious apartment in a great location with easy walking distance to the train station and also into historic city center. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our four night trip. The apartment is very well appointed, modern ambiance and feels very luxurious. Our host Nik was a true gem! Pre arrival communication, met us at the apartment, even helped us with our luggage and helped my husband with going to the nearby parking garage (150 m) with him to make sure he got to the right place. This was above and beyond anything we ever imagined. He answered any questions pre and during our stay and was extremely responsive. Look no further. This is THE place to stay when in Florence. Thank you Nik for helping with local area restaurants, nearby supermarket information and transportation info. You made our first stay in Florence absolutely wonderful. We will have memories that last a lifetime. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends! THANK YOU!!!!

Everything you need for a short stay!

We were only in Florence for a few days. Nick was wonderful meeting us a bit early so that we could drop our bags off. He shared some general information about sites, transportation and restaurants in Florence. Having an elevator (small, but very serviceable) was a godsend for my parents! The apartment is larger than I expected and was so neat and clean. Everything we needed was stocked and ready. Having a laundry machine available in the unit allowed us to easily start with fresh clothing when the 4 of us left for Venice.

Best host ever! Immaculate, beautiful apartment, walking distance to everything.

We came to Florence with another couple, and filled our days walking all over the city. Everything Is close. We walked to the Pitti Palace, the Boboli Gardens, across the Ponte Vecchio to the Duomo. There we had an extremely knowledgeable guide take us through the Duomo and the Baptistry. We had a lovely dinner Nicolini’s listening to music and watching the sun set’s effects on the Duomo! It was so nice to return to the beautifully appointed, air-conditioned comfort of Nik’s apartment! Nik couldn’t have been more helpful, even showing us how to buy tram tickets; the apartment is 5 minutes to the train station. Nik even gave us a final walking tour before we left!

Bright, Stylish and Convenient

The apartment is very conveniently located on the T1 tram line which can take you to the train station and connect with the T2 line. The tram goes direct to the airport from your door in 30 minutes. The interior is completely updated with 2 massive bedrooms, 2 three piece bathrooms, a washer/dryer, full kitchen and all the amenities you could need for a short or lengthy stay. Your host is extremely communicative through the app or WhateApp. The ceilings are 10 feet high with 3 full French doors in each of the kitchen and two bedrooms. Each door has full black out, automatic exterior roller shades for a great night's rest. Everything you need, groceries, pharmacy and restaurants are all within 5 minutes. Old Florence and the train station are walkable in 10 to 15 minutes. Would recommend this location and this apartment highly! Thanks to our host for a great stay!

Beautiful Property but Aggressive Host

At check in we were let into a different property than what appeared in our booking. We explained the process to our host, and expected there was simply a mix up. The host initially took the position that it was our fault, that other guests had booked the suite we were expecting, and told us we could take the wrong one or leave. I asked for a few minutes to discuss the problem with my partner and the host asked me to leave. We felt bullied, surprised and offended. Eventually the host gave in and allowed us to stay in the property that matched our booking. It was beautiful and what we wanted. He returned later with a bottle of wine to apologize for the check in confusion. That was appreciated. I write this review in hopes that other guests have a smoother check in process than we did.

Fabulous place to stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Beautiful apartment with all the amenities! Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit! Great location and easy to get around the city! Nic was a great host! Very helpful and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and things to do! Loved it! We will be back!

Beautiful Property

The place is amazing, the building is beautiful. The property had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable. The only thing is that it can get noisy from time to time due to the busy street near the property. Overall it was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Ferragosto torrido a Firenze

Appartamento molto bello e super accessoriato: parquet dappertutto, 2 camere matrimoniali, 2 bagni con ampia cabina doccia, aria condizionata con 4 split (1 per ambiente), lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina completa con lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, macchinetta caffè. Nik, l'host gentilissimo, si è fatto trovare puntuale, ci ha dato una mano con i bagagli e come benvenuto aveva preparato l'appartamento già rinfrescato a 24 gradi, bottiglia di prosecco in frigo e capsule nespresso Roma accanto alla macchinetta. Con la temperatura esterna mediamente vicina ai 40 gradi, se no avessimo avuto l'aria condizionata in tutte le stanze sarebbe stata veramente dura. Consiglio vivamente, a 50 mt c'è una piazza con ampio parcheggio e a piedi in 20 minuti sei in centro.

For lovers of concerts, ballets and operas, the New Opera House is located just across the street from this apartment. The US Consulate & the French Consulate are very close as are several 5 star hotels including the St. Regis and the Westin Excelsior, which has a rooftop bar with an awesome view of the Arno river the Duomo and the bridges of Florence!

Cascine park, the green lungs of the city, where you can relax, jog and bike ride, attend a music festival in the summer or pick up an antique at a weekend flea market or have an aperitivo at the Pavoniere public swimming pool, among centuries old trees, is just 2 minutes away.

The area has all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, a post office and pharmacies. There are several cafe's, bars & restaurants serving local and international food such as Indian, Korean, Mexican, Chinese and Japanese cuisines.

Very close to central train station Santa Maria Novella (10 minutes walk or 1 stop by tramway) and 20 minutes by car from the Airport and now 25 mins by tram from the Airport to SMN station.
